Wow! What a great little spot to spend a spring vacation! The owner could NOT have been easier to work with and the property manager, Laura, was an absolute gem. Jim's apartment was spotless, airy, and accurately represented in his pictures. Sandy Shoes was even better than we had hoped! Everyone was so friendly and the setting was ideal- a quiet beach, glorious sunrises, well-maintained pool, and proximity to shopping and zumba! We HATE to leave tomorrow, have already booked for next year and can't wait to come back! We'd highly recommend Melbourne Beach Fitness, Bikini Bar, New England Eatery, and the Coconut Cove Cafe as well as the Majors golf club in Palm Bay. We would DEFINITELY recommend this property to a friend or relative who wants a cozy, friendly, inexpensive spot to enjoy the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
