One or two people can stay in this new little studio apartment and still have plenty of money left over for nice meals and seeing the sites! With all there is to see and do in San Diego, how much time are you going to spend inside anyway! Less than three blocks from beautiful Sail Bay and only 7-8 blocks from the ocean, you can stroll or ride our provided bikes on the miles and miles of Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and Mission bay boardwalks.
Less than two miles to SeaWorld and Belmont Park with it's historic wooden roller coaster and Olympic size indoor plunge built in 1925 (also home to "The Wave"), three miles to Old Town, and about 7 miles to the famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, the Embarcadero and GasLamp district.
This studio was just built and nicely furnished including a flat screen Plasma TV (on cable) above a fireplace, a large bathroom, lots of closet space, a good size kitchen and little table for two. the Day-Bed folds out with two twin-size mattresses providing a sleeping area for two that is larger than a queen bed. Cable internet/WiFi, too! What are you waiting for?

Close to everything including a young children's playground right on beautiful Sail Bay. Close to the ocean, too. Bike riding along the beach and bay is wonderful.
A very nice young children's playground with a fabulous view. Youngsters can sit on the edge of the water building sand castles and they (or you) don't have to worry about waves. Lots of neat equipmen

This convenient afordable Studio apt is right behind our duplex with two mirror-image 2-bdrm apartments. It was recently added to Nancy's Vacation Rentals and I am very proud to have it in my group of affordable just-off-the-beach vacation rentals. The owner is a local Real Estate broker. He remodeled and furnished the two duplex apartments last summer and added the Studio a few months later. This is a wonderful area for families with young children as it is so close to Fanuel Park young children's playground on Sail Bay and the units have a fenced yard, too. I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy this quiet residential neighborhood just a few blocks from beautiful Sail Bay. I hope you will try it soon and be one of the first to add your comments for these adorable newly renovated apartments.
