We stayed for about 5 nights, the week before Christmas. The nightly rate was very affordable and the location is GREAT. We didn't want to leave PB! The beach and the bay are just a few minutes away by foot. Also, great area for restaurants and shopping. The studio had everything we needed and was perfect for two people. The bathroom is HUGE and made the studio feel much less cramped. The bed was a bit hard, but in general, all of the other amenities made up for the sleeping situation. We worked mainly with Jeremy and he was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone. We will definitely consider this rental and others for future vacations!

This little studio was perfect for two people. No problem at all with the street parking, and the location was great, walking distance to the beach. The studio was very clean and affordable. I have already recommended it to friends.

Hi and thank you for taking the time to look for guest comments. It shows you are a savvy, careful shopper and I admire that! This convenient afordable Studio apt is right behind our duplex with two mirror-image 2-bdrm apartments. It was recently added to Nancy's Vacation Rentals and I am very proud to have it in my group of affordable just-off-the-beach vacation rentals. The owner is a local Real Estate broker. He remodeled and furnished the two duplex apartments last summer and added the Studio a few months later. This is a wonderful area for families with young children as it is so close to Fanuel Park young children's playground on Sail Bay and the units have a fenced yard, too. I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy this quiet residential neighborhood just a few blocks from beautiful Sail Bay. I hope you will try it soon and be one of the first to add your comments for these adorable newly renovated apartments.
