RIVER RUN — CLOSE TO THE BIKE PATH, SHORT WALK TO SKI LIFTS, RIVER AND TOWN.
This beautiful, high quality and very well furnished two-story condo is located in South Ketchum. It is virtually on the bike path and is a short walk to the Big Wood River and 3 blocks to downtown Ketchum. You can walk to the River Run ski lifts which operate in summer and allow you to take your mountain bike to the top and ride down. Bridgepoint Condos are located on S. 2nd Ave near the heart of Ketchum.
This condo is not the typical vacation rental condo. It has been meticulously maintained. Main floor has high ceilings and a grand river rock fireplace. The top floor has vaulted ceilings. It has been an occasional vacation home and never was rented before summer 2008. This is the first year it is offered for rent. Most of the units are owned by out-of-town families who use them occasionally and never rent them.
The kitchen has modern appliances with built-in microwave, gas stove and a bar with stools. The dining area sits six comfortably, and has a balcony with a small outdoor electric grill.
The living area is spacious and bright, with windows and glass doors opening onto Trailcreek. The community hot tub sits nestled in high aspens and next to the creek.
On the top floor are two complete master suites, each with it's own double vanity full bathroom. One has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, huge walk in closet, TV and jetted tub and deck on tranquil Trailcreek. The other is queen bed with vaulted ceilings, large closet, separate entrance and views of Mt Baldy. The third bedroom, furnished with two beds; one twin and the other a daybed that is two twins or makes into a king bed. It has a full double vanity bath across the hall and is on the main floor along with the washer and dryer.
Among a myriad of activities, the Sun Valley Resort has nightly ice shows staring Olympic athletes. Another favorite are the winter sleigh rides in the evenings.
Sun Valley boasts some of the best skiing in the world and is home of the USA's first ski lift. The newly remodeled Dollar Mountain provides a fun learning environment for beginners of all ages. The new "magic carpet" tubing hill provides young ones with hours of fun!
In Ketchum there is the incredible new Community YMCA with swimming-including a lazy river and huge water slide, yoga, martial arts, rock climbing gym, ballet and many other activities for kids of all ages. It's brand new, squeaky clean and low cost and within a mile.
It would be hard to find a better condo in a better location for anywhere near our prices. This is also available for long-term rental.

Sun Valley is one of our favorite places in the world. The hiking is so beautiful, the skiing is fabulous and can be easy or challenging with long runs. If you like to bike or fish everything is close by. It is a playground for all outdoor lovers. The unique part of Sun Valley is the exceptional art galleries and top notch dining. It is simply a special place.

This property exceeded my expectations! It has 2 very large master suites and a great bedroom below for the kids or other guests. The Kitchen is decked out with everthing you need to cook a great meal apres ski ! The living area has a grand fireplace which is easily lit and puts off some nice heat that adds to the superb ambiance of this perfect Ski Condo. There is Storage closet right outside for Skis or Golf clubs. This Condo is right next to Mt Baldy and very near the heart of town. Both are walkable. The resort is a 3 minute drive. Very toasty radiant heating in the floors are perfect for those cold evenings after a big day of skiing. I highly recommend this property - We are going back in summer as well!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
