  We were so fortunate to find this rental villa. Jim and Michelle were so easy to work with. It exceeded our expectations from the size, to the cleanliness, to the decor, to all the little extras (household items, kitchen accessories, baby toys, games, videos) that were provided. We were all so comfortable and felt right at home. It was particularly family friendly especially with an 18 month old. We hardly felt like we were at the beach. The community was beautiful, quiet, well maintained and very safe. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the pools, recreation areas, and of course the beach. It was nice to be able to take advantage of all the things that the community had to offer without having to pay extra fees. Thank you, Jim and Michelle for sharing your little gem with our family. We hope to return some day.

  My family and I really enjoyed staying at the villa. It was in very close proximity to the beach, restaurants and not a far drive from the tourist sites. I really appreciated that Michelle and Jim worked with me on my dates of stay. Michelle was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at this villa again.

  We were pleasantly surprised that everything we needed was in the Villa. It was clean. Great accomodations. Short walk to the beach. Everything was in great condition. The kitchen was full of appliances just like our own kitchen. The communication with Michelle was almost instantaneous. We liked the clientel in the neighborhood to. We have been coming to MB for more than 30 years and have stayed many places. We truly enjoyed our stay at Michelle and Jims villa in Kingston Plantation.

  My party consisted ot two adults and two children ages 10 and 13. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This three bedroom villa was extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is lucky enough to rent it.

  In past years, we stayed at beach homes rather than a condo/villa. I am very happy we decided to stay in this villa at the Kingston Plantation. The owners were very pleasant to deal with, prompt with questions and followed-up after our stay. Our family enjoyed the location of the villa in proximity to the beach and pools. We spent a whole day & night fishing from a nearby pier and later watching a live band on that same pier. There are grocery stores less than 2 miles away if we needed anything. We even had a golf cart delivered to our villa then picked up at the end of the week! The villa was very clean - I was most pleased about this because I can be picky. The bed linens and bath towels were provided. Linens were very soft and bath towels were plush and plenty. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have wanted, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.

  This property was a great value for our vacation. It had everything we needed. It is close to the beach, without being too close. I would recommend this property, and the owners for being helpful and professional in every aspect of the rental process.

  thanks jim and michelle for letting us stay at your lovely villa. THE VILLA WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. Checking in was so easy. property was well landscaped and deck was huge. Everything was great. EASY communication with owners concerning issues with access to all pools . my parents are thinking of staying here again this winter. thanks again. also kids enjoyed all the toys provided .

  Thank you Jim and Michelle for an excellent stay! This rental was wonderful and Jim and Michelle were wonderful to work with, we would rent this villa again in a heartbeat. We had a small problem with the AC midweek and with one phone call Jim and Michelle had someone there to fix it that night, they truly care about the rental experience. We were 3 couples staying at the villa for a week while attending a wedding at Kingston Plantation. The villa was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We visited many other similar villas as several friends were attending the same wedding and this villa was by far the nicest. The grounds of Kingston Plantation were beautiful, the pools, beaches, volleyball and tennis courts we enjoyed it all. Outside of Kingston Plantation there were plenty of attractions, restaurants, etc. to visit. Walmart was only a few minutes away to get items for the kitchen etc. We enjoyed our quick visit down to Broadway with all the shops and restaurants. If you are thinking of a trip to Myrtle Beach this is the place to stay!

  Thank you Michelle and Jim, You helped to make our family vacation a memory to last a life time. The villa was all you said it would be and more.We appreciated all the homey touches. The basket you left was a nice surprise, especially for our little Grandaughted she was delighted. The beach was close by, and made a very nice walk, so pretty.   Jim and Michele, thank you for allowing us to rent your villa; it was above our expectations. We had plenty of room for five adults and three small children, as much if not more than at home. It is a beautiful place and very well kept and clean. Making our stay arrangements with you was easy and very pleasant. The gift bag was very thoughtful and appreciated. My family has decided that we would like to return on a future vacation and we will certainly contact you on availabilty when we start making those plans. There is a $250.00 security deposit required to hold your dates. It will fully 
refunded with 3-5 days after check out barring NO damage or excessive cleaning....
