This is the home that you either ski by or ride the lift by and are shouting to us "We Love Your House-can we come and join you"! You can practically reach out and touch Chair 15 while enjoying an after-ski dip in the Jacuzzi. If you are looking for a spacious rustic mountain home this is for you. This home is located in Juniper Ridge, right on Chair 15/Eagle Express. It is one of only five truly Ski-In/Ski-Out houses in Mammoth.
This 5000 sq. ft. custom home is completely furnished with a total of 5 bedrooms: one master suite/media room/bathroom upstairs, one large guest bedroom/bath upstairs, large guest bedroom/bath downstairs and 2 dorm-style bedrooms each with their own bathroom downstairs. There are a total of seven bathrooms.
Upstairs you will find a bright and open great room with a beautiful river rock fireplace and large plasma screen TV that opens to a brand new competely furnished kitchen on one end and a rustic slopeside bar on the other end. On the lower level there is a family room with a pool table, game table and large plasma screen TV. All this with a view of the mountains and the slope.
It has a large upper slope-side deck as well as a lower deck with a jacuzzi.
It is available starting January 9,2009, but we only rent it out 2 weeks a year. 7 night rental minimum. $15,000 per week. MLK Holiday, President’s Holiday and Easter are available. Why the Owner Chose Juniper Springs, Eagle Run
When we fould this lot and then realized it was right on the slope-we knew we had to buy it and build a second home here. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. All the hassles of trying to get everybody to the mountain together, finding parking, hauling skis, trying to find a seat for lunch and paying a crazy amount for it........those are all gone. Coming in for lunch or happy hour after skiing and being able to sit on the deck and talk to people in the lift or to the people going by, turning on some good music, sitting in the jacuzzi..... it is awesome. Sharing it with family and friends makes it even better. Even if you are not a skier or a boarder you won't feel like you got left behind!
