We call our home “DEER TRACKS” because our kids love finding fresh deer tracks in the back yard.
Deer Tracks is a luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath Hilltop Casita located in The Hollows master planned community on Lake Travis. Ideally situated on a quiet CUL-DE-SAC. It features breathtaking 180 degree unobstructed views of the surrounding Texas Hill Country and a modest view of the lake.
Directly across the street from your vacation home is the Hilltop Smokehouse, a large inviting hilltop view area with fireplace and fire pit as well as multiple high-end grills and smoking units for your use. This is a wonderful space for large family gathering and has incredible views of the lake and surrounding hills.
Your home on Lake Travis at The Hollows is a private resort property with all the amenities and services you expect from an upscale resort but with all the comforts of home.
Enjoy miles of hiking trails, boating, the secluded Long Hollow Kayak Club, private beach, or our sand volleyball court. A state of the art deep-water marina providing unmatched access to the waterways and our remarkable Beach Club with its multiple pools, grotto hot tubs and fitness facilities.

The 'Hollows Snack Shack” is now open. The Snack Shack is located at the Beach Club Smoke House, and will be open on weekends and holidays through Labor Day weekend. The Snack Shack sells various non-alcoholic drinks, candies, chips, cookies and frozen treats. Cash and Credit Cards accepted.
The Snack Shack will also show movies on Friday nights. Check notices at the Beach Club and mailboxes for movies and times.

During the day, hike along miles of trails that connect The Hollows’ major activity areas. Where miles of carefully groomed trails lead to all major amenities, shady parks, secret beaches, blossoming wildflower fields, rugged ravines, rushing streams, plunging waterfalls...and a lifetime of unforgettable memories.

We stayed in this lovely home over spring break. Just as beautiful as all of the pictures. Great layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a wonderful balcony with a great view. The development this home is in (The Hollows) has a beautiful resort style pool with a restaurant. We had lunch there one day and the food was delicious. We took our boat with us. The manager of the marina was very helpful. We were able to reserve a boat slip for the long weekend. My son caught several fish right in the marina. We would stay at Deer Tracks again.. Maybe return in the summer when the lake water would be warm enough to swim/tube. The owner was easy to work with, the house very clean and well appointed.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was well appointed and designed so that all bedrooms had their own bathrooms with a large living room and television. The kitchen was new with nice counter tops and plenty of plates, silverware, bowls, pans, etc (could use a wisk, but I got a long with a fork). The Hallows offers families trails for walking, multiple pools for swimming, a health club, beach volley ball and the marina. We spent many hours enjoying the amenities. Our best day was at the marina when we rented a pontoon boat for the day ( swimming, fishing, eating, drinking, etc.). I took the opportunity to run a few mornings before it got too hot - one morning I saw a total of ten deer. The location in quiet and remote, but within a reasonable distance for sight seeing in both Austin and San Antonio.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family had a wonderful five days at this home. The home is beautiful and has everything you will need for an great getaway. The home was very clean when we arrived with toiletries, detergent and many other amenities. The locations is great - secluded and very quiet but very close to the pool, clubhouse and marina. The owner were quite helpful with the many questions and requests that I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a great stay on Lake Travis.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property was very nice the house was beautiful had no complaints about anything, I would recommend this property to anyone. The owner's were very helpful and nice,I would love to rent this property again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
