Home is nestled in a quiet cove of Lake Hamilton. Drive your boat up to a private dock, tie up, and walk straight up the lighted, flagstone stairs to your vacation getaway! No worries about your boat getting beat up from all the boat traffic since the cove is calm and only about 10 minutes to the main channel by boat. Home is on the contemporary side of décor and is a newer home (built 2003) that provides all your requirements and more! Drive the winding road to the home which seems a million miles away from the city but is only one mile from Central Avenue and Super Walmart; a nice convenience. If you are concerned about location; no worries this is perfect. Hot Springs Mall is one direction and Oaklawn Horse Race Track/Year Round Casino, Downtown and Bath Row Houses are the other direction. All just a few miles.
Relax on the deck or sit outside for dinner and grill hamburgers or steaks. There is great fishing off the boat dock. Dock has lights for night fishing. Some of the winning fish have been caught in this cove! Nature reserve is across cove with lots of ducks, geese and other wildlife to watch while sitting under many mature trees. Lake drops in winter months (end of Oct until Mar) but a running stream remains with nice sounds and much wildlife to watch!
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
Kitchen/breakfast/bar: Full kitchen with granite counters and stainless/black appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, trash compactor). Breakfast table seats 4 and stainless bar seats 4. Plates, silverware, utensils and cookware are provided.
Formal dining: Table seats 6. Who's cooking tonight?
Living room: Room has 60 in tv, couches, chairs, bistro table (seats 3) and sliding glass door opens to deck. Deck has table, chairs, and grill and overlooks the peaceful lake and nature reserve.
Master bedroom: Room has a large window with a spectacular view of lake. Wall mounted flat panel tv with cable. King size bed (mattress is so comfy). Sleeps 2. Pack in Play for infant is available in master closet.
Master bathroom: Bath has a granite counter with his and her contemporary sinks. Jacuzzi tub and a serene, walk-in shower. Plush towels are provided. No blowdryer on site.
Secondary bedrooms: 3 other bedrooms have a queen bed each and wall mounted tvs. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Secondary bathrooms: 2 secondary full bathrooms have shower/tub combo. With master bath there are a total of three full bathrooms in home. 2 baths upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Gameroom: Home has a spacious game room downstairs with fooseball, air hockey, and ping pong tables. Two double futons available for extra sleeping arrangements.
Media room: Downstairs room serves as 5th bedroom and media room. It has projector, surround sound and DVD player for all the movie buffs. Grab a movie to watch and unwind in the evenings. Two double bunk beds with futons on the bottom. Sleeps 8.

Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs
We fell in love with Hot Springs, AR on a vacation and stumbled upon this home for sale during that trip. We wanted a nice, relaxing getaway from all the hussle and bussle at home! We really enjoy the boat dock and the convenience of a lakefront home. Always a peaceful, beautiful view of the lake and wildlife no matter what time of the year.

My extended family (Brother-Tennessee & Sister-Louisiana) get together each year at different locations for labor day.....we stayed at this property Labor Day weekend 2010. The property was great....pictures don't tell the whole picture....No complaints....wish we had more time.....the kids loved the downstairs media room & bunk beds....

This is a great place to stay. Media room and game room great. Wonderful for a whole family - sleeps 20. Hot Springs is a quaint town, lots of history and a lake. House clean and well kept. I would definitely go again and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

We enjoyed 4 days together in your beautiful home. It was a perfect place for our 9 grand children to play and spend time. The adults also enjoyed having time for games and puzzles while the kids were all downstairs. Thanks for providing such a neat place. We hope to do it again.

We stayed for only 3 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and great for a party of any size. There are lots of great things to do in the area, including getting out on the water from the dock. We definitely recommend this place and hope to go there again ourselves!

This is a fantastic place to stay. My family stayed here in the Summer and it was a wonderful locations. The bunk room was a great get away for the kids leaving my husband and I some peace and quiet. The boat dock is perfect and right out the back door. The kids especially liked being able to fish of the dock any time they wanted. I highly recommend this place.
