First of all, let me say THANK YOU to all of our Guests, especially our returning Guests! Serving each and every one of you has been my pleasure!!!
Regency Isle is definitely the MOST sought after complex on the Florida/Alabama coast! Perfect vacation/getaway for the entire family... babies to seniors. Our spaciously upgraded 1350 square feet (HUGE double entry balcony) luxurious, peaceful home away from home is a LUSH beachfront fifth floor unit (#508) and offers unobstructed views of the private beach, Perdido Key and Bay as well as Ono River/Island.
Each of our extra large bedrooms have their own private bath. Our home features nine foot ceilings, crown molding, tile, carpeted bedrooms, separate large utility room and convenient half bath. The Master Suite (with it's own private balcony access) has an elegantly decorated King bed, Flatscreen TV with DVD in entertainment center, and separate spa-like bath with double sinks and a vanity(with make-up seating), jacuzzi, spa/garden tub, large separate shower, separate linen closet and separate walk-in closet. Our second bedroom is also exceptionally large(plenty of floor space for additional sleeping or air matresses) with a beautiful, tropically decorated Queen bed, TV in entertainment center, and connected full private bath. Like having 2 Master Suites!
Several beach chairs and a beach umbrella is available for our guests and are kept in the utility room. Beach rentals are also available if you prefer. The guys who are there for this service are always very accommodating!
Our professionally decorated home has a large, fully equipped kitchen (You can actually see and enjoy our view of the ocean from the kitchen sink!), large side by side refrigerator/freezer,granite counter tops, separate wet bar with it's own sink and built in ice maker; with plenty of crystal as well as plastic stem-ware for enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony, at the pool or on the beach! There are also 4 gas grills on the ground level under the large gazebo(adjacent to the pool area with grill cleaning utensils, picnic tables,huge play area and 8 hole putting green). Paper towels and plastic cups are always available at the grilling and pool area for your convenience!
The elegant; yet comfortable family living area (with leather recliner, Queen sleeper sofa and entertainment center, housing an upgraded Flatscreen TV with DVD Player) and dining area (seating for seven) also have unsurpassed views of the ocean. The unit sleeps six amid home-like surroundings with plenty of floor space in bedrooms for additional sleeping when necessary! Family games and activities are stored in the top drawer of the entertainment center for your enjoyment("old fashioned entertainment"). All of our guests really seem to love having these available. This day and time, we don't seem to do enough of this anymore. It will remind you of the days when families had time to have "Game Night" like some of us did growing up! Non-electronic games sometimes seem like a thing of the past but hopefully this will make some wonderful memories as well as bring some old memories back to life for you and your Family!

- Elevator (3) : There are plenty of carts in the elevator foyers (Ground, P1 and P2) for transporting your belongings! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE CARTS INSIDE UNIT!!!
- Washer : Separate large utility room with it's own washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, with adjoining 1/2 bath.
- Dryer : Several folding beach/sand chairs and a beach umbrella are stored in the utility room for your convenience.
- Garage : All parking spaces are covered and monitored by security 24/7.
- Covered Parking : We have our own RESERVED Parking space on the GROUND LEVEL, a 2 level parking garage is also available for an additional vehicle if needed.
- Off Street Parking : An additional parking permit is available upon request to the owner. An additional vehicle may park anywhere that is not designated and/or marked for another unit. There is also a parking lot on the west end of the ground level garage.

- Cable/Satellite TV (3) : New Flatscreen TVs with DVDs in Den and Master Bedroom, Cable in both bedrooms and Den; housed in decor related entertainment centers. There is also an entertainment room available on the 3rd floor with a very large screened TV and lounging area.

- Video Games : You may bring your own video console/games but we have several board games, cards, checkers, etc., stored in the first drawer of the Den's Entertainment Center for your entire Family's enjoyment! When was the last time your Family played a game TOGETHER that was not electronic?!?!
- Music Library : There is a portable battery and/or electric radio located on the bottom shelf of the Baker's Rack in the Dining/Den area.
- Shared Pool (2) : Very large outdoor swimming pool, with shallow end for wading and/or small children, along with an outdoor hot tub all surrounded by an EXTREMELY large entertaining area with plenty of lounge chairs as well as tables, chairs and umbrellas. There is also a large indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and restrooms all adjoining on the ground level with entrance from the outdoor pool or from the east end of the ground level parking garage for inclimate weather entrance.

- Balcony : Be sure to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on our own HUGE (300 sq.ft.) balcony which is very private...you can't see your neighbor and your neighbor can't see you!!! There is a large table and chairs for dining and 2 lounge chairs for relaxing!

Why the Owner Chose Regency Isle
I, (Ann) first began vacationing in "Gulf Shores" as a very young child with my parents at the State Park in a "pop-up" camper; so Mark and I naturally chose the same area to make memories with our Family and Grandchildren. Hopefully, the legacy will continue for generations to come and wonderful, lifetime memories will grace the hearts and minds of all who visit our home! We are fully and truly BLESSED!!!

This is our Family. Mark and Ann Rowe, married 33 years. We have 3 children, 2 of whom are married, 3 wonderful Grandchildren! Our oldest daughter, Casey is married to Blake Blackwell and they have Twins, Lynley Ann and Tanner Blake, 5 years old. Our son Mark, (Jr.) is married to Kandice and their son is Trace, 3 years old and expecting a baby brother in November! Our youngest daughter, Haley is 22 and unmarried. We plan to "update" this photo each year when our entire family gathers at "our beach" to celebrate our country's Independence and to honor our nation's troops; both home and abroad. We are very proud of our son, Staff Sgt. Mark Rowe, 155th Infantry Division with the Mississippi Army National Guard, and also an Iraq Veteran. We thank our military men and women for their sacrifices and our FREEDOM!!! Military discounts are DEFINITELY availabloe!

Ann was so very sweet and helpful from the very first contact. She called me on the phone to get to know me better. We worked out a time and price and began the process. She followed up on everything she promised in a very timely manner and contacted us twice by email during our stay to check on how things were going and if we needed anything. I have stayed at Regency Isle before and did not like the unit I stayed in as well as this one. It is decorated like you would decorate your own home. Lots of good kitchen supplies to cook with. Loved the large ice maker a the bar for filling the cooler every day with ice. We give this unit a thumbs up with both hands. Rent it,, you'll love it.

We had a wonderful visit to Orange Beach and the Regency Isle had everything we needed. Such a great complex and the beaches weren't overcrowded. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kids loved the balcony; I think they ate all their meals there while watching the waves. We were also able to see the Blue Angels practice, took a dolphin tour and rode go-carts, all nearby. What a great place! This condo has been decorated and stocked as if it is someone's home. The interior design is very nicely done, the rooms are large, comfortable, and nicely decorated. There is plenty of space for 8 people. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen (kitchenware, appliances, condiments) and LOVED the large balcony with plenty of seating and fabulous views. Ann really cares and wants you to have a great vacation and you can tell by the way the condo is presented. Our boys loved the boogie boards that she has there. The condo's location was great- right on the beach. The 4 gas grills they have their were very nice to have. We enjoyed the pools as well. The complex is close to shops and restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I met a couple of family members at this condo for a 4 night stay. The men enjoyed golf and the beach while the women pretty much just enjoyed the beach. The weather was good and the condo was great. We have stayed at this condo before and really like it. Ann (the owner) was great to work with and provided everything we needed and on time. The condo is very comfortable and the balcony is as good as I've seen in Orange Beach. We come a couple of times a year and this condo will definitely be on our list. Thanks for a great time.

My family (husband, myself, and my 19 and 20 year old) visited during Spring Break 2011. We had a fantastic time. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be relaxing, fun, and something that we would want to do again. We walked out on the fantastic balcony to immediately see dolphins swimming down the coastline. The condo unit was not 'just a place to stay'. The little things made your home away from home feel like our home for awhile. For example, the pictures sitting around, the well stocked kitchen, the coffee, bathroom samples, the blanket throws, the little notes spread around to answer questions we might have, etc. All of those things helped make our stay perfect. We took advantage of the beach that was 'right there' every day we stayed. We ate at the Oyster House in Gulf Shores and would recommend it to anyone who wants great fresh seafood. We also rented Jet Skis through Hudson Marina. No one in our family had done it before. They were reasonably priced and very patient with our lack of experience. Very nice people! Ann, you are the perfect hostess! You made sure we understood everything, knew what to expect and described your condo accurately. The pictures you included show your condo perfectly. In fact, it was more beautiful than the pictures show. In the past few months since our visit, I have recommended Regency Isle and your unit specifically to several people. I just don't want them to get it when I want it! (smiles) Thank you for helping us create some great family memories.

Our month long stay in Orange Beach was a pleasure. The condo information was accurate as presented, and Ann was a pleasure to rent from. Her attention to detail, even down to having a sewing kit in the bathroom, was thoughtful and welcoming. We enjoyed waking to the sound of the surf, watching a full moon over the water, and walking on the beach. It's a great place to relax and rejuvenate. I would definitley recommend this rental.

Thank you so very much for sharing your "Home Away from Home". From the time we walked in the front door we truly felt at home! Everything was so much better than we expected & the pictures on your web site don't begin to do it justice!It looks like a brand new condo! SO clean, beautiful & tastefully decorated!We especially enjoyed the huge balcony, not too high,or too low, just right for relaxing & enjoying the sunsets & sunrises were unbelievable & we couldn't get over the dolphins!We enjoyed being able to see the bay & Ono Island from the front door & could also view the ocean from the kitchen sink!There was absolutely NOTHING you could do to improve or make your Home any more inviting & comfortable!The beds and linens are also very comfy and cozy!We are already planning for a return stay as soon as possible.We have FINALLY found a home we will return to year after year.The entire complex is everything anyone could need or want.We felt VERY safe & especially enjoyed the lawn space, putting green, picnic area and gazebo-which is PERFECT for an Easter Egg Hunt and/or Family portrait. I am sure it is beautiful in Spring & Summer! The pool area with it's huge open space with plenty of seating & lounging furniture is perfect for any and all occasions. We love the pool with it's shallow end (perfect for small children) & the outdoor hot tub as well as the indoor heated pool,hot tub,sauna, & steam room!The work out facility was also very clean, equipped with excellent cardio equipment.We were very impressed that there is also a facility for massages & a salon-perfect for a wedding party!Our daughter wants to get married there on the beach & have the reception around the pool, lawn & gazebo!Last but certainly NOT least! Ann, you are such a personable hostess! I am so glad we did not cancel our trip to the beach. We were a part of history in the making. We enjoyed the beach, but stayed out of the water. We just went to the pool when we needed to cool off. There is a slight shimmer on the water that reminded us of the crisis not far away. There are small tar balls , but you have the look carefully and know what you are looking for. There is not smell, no oil on the beach and few workers walking up and down the beach. There is some activity at times; the sand rake passes by a couple of times in the morning, the “oil patrol” is out early looking for oil and tar balls, and helicopter flyovers. There was a lot of activity the day Obama was in the area. We waved to him from the rear balcony as he returned to Pensacola. The restaurants are less crowded than usual and the food is great. In fact, there are no crowds anywhere. We practically had it to ourselves. Very nice, but very scary. I worry that many places will not survive this crisis. We loved the spacious condo and the area. Don't miss your beach trip this summer, they need our support and you need the beach!!

There was a lot of activity the day Obama was in the area. We waved to him from the rear balcony as he returned to Pensacola. The restaurants are less crowded than usual and the food is great. In fact, there are no crowds anywhere. We practically had it to ourselves. Very nice, but very scary. I worry that many places will not survive this crisis. We loved the spacious condo and the area. Don't miss your beach trip this summer, they need our support and you need the beach!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was everything the owners said it was. We especially loved the large balcony and the sunsets. The huge window offered views from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. It was very spacious, and provided an idea getaway for us. We booked for 4 nights and wished we had stayed 7. We will be going back.
