HUGE apartment in an amazing location for your stay - work or pleasure. Easy walk to Lincoln Center, Riverside Park for a walk down the river, Central Park, midtown. GREAT neighborhood full of restaurants, wine bars, cafes, etc.
Very easy access to public transportation. I am a stone's throw from the express subway (1,3,2) and several bus lines go down Columbus or Broadway.
Living room alone is 400 sq feet - plenty of room to spread out. Large HD TV with cable, DVD/CD player, couches, dining room table/chairs. I have high end air mattress (queen) in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom. It is one that has a frame - it honestly sleeps like a real bed
Kitchen is very small - not your place if you want to cook although there is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven and basic utensils. Apt is very near a ton of restaurants, stores, etc - you will not miss it, I promise.
24 hour doorman/attendant. Very safe/secure.
Apartment is on the 11th floor - there is an an elevator
Very quiet, tons of light
Laundry in the basement.

I lived in NYC for many years! You cannot beat the energy, excitement and the diversity. There is always something great to do (and great food to eat!) no matter what time of year.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
The Upper West Side is a great place - it is VERY convenient and a bit removed from all the noise and the crowds of other areas like the East Village. I am near 2 gorgeous parks, dog runs, the water (Hudson River), tons of restaurants, a couple of theaters. And downtown is EASY from the express subway which is literally just outside my door.
