Eleven steps lead to the entrance of this beautiful Palemtto Dunes home.
The living room features hardwood floors, a sleeper sofa, 3 chairs and opens directly to a large family room that comes with a sofa, plasma TV, VCR, DVD, CD, stereo with surround sound and a terrific pool view. The spacious kitchen is located next to the family room.
With 4 bar stools and a breakfast table that seats 8, this is a great spot for casual dining. More formal dining for 8 is available just off the entrance. A spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, VCR, DVD, his and her walk-in closets and a large bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Another bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV and private bath. 2 more bedrooms are located on the other side of the home - these bedrooms feature a queen bed (this bedroom has French doors to a private balcony... quiet place to read a book and have a drink) and 2 twin beds, respectively. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and private baths with marble floors.
At the back of this great Hilton Head home you will find a deck with gas grill, a new table and benches for up to 12, and a large pool and spa. There are also nine bikes available for guest's use. Beach access is a 7 minute walk..car parking and bike racks are available at beach access with snack bar/rest rooms.

Perfect Family Thanksgiving...

Our family enjoyed a perfect Thanksgiving week-end at 1 Hunt Club Court! This beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained home is everything shown in the pictures--and more. We used the bikes for miles of riding on the island (beautiful weather) and enjoyed hours of family time together in the large great room, playing games, watching football (ugh--I have three grown sons and a husband--need I say more?), puzzling, playing cards, etc. The kitchen was perfectly provisioned, and we enjoyed a full Thanksgiving meal which we ordered ahead from Fresh Market (I highly recommend it). Every bedroom has it's own bathroom (plus a hall half bath) which worked well for our family. We felt as comfortable in this home as if it were our own. Our third time spending a long, Fall week-end on the Island, and 1 Hunt Club Court provided our favorite (by far) accommodations. The last evening we dined at Skull Creek Boathouse which is always a good experience.

the owner is a pleasure to work with. very fast in responding and helpful with suggestions. this was our first time back to hhi in 20 yrs..we had a great week, the ocean temp was 87, pool temp unheated @ 85. eventhough it rained almost every night...but who cares. the rental agent check in/out was a breeze...house has a pvt pool/hot tub, the bedrooms are seperated to insure privacy. there is a garage full of bikes......easy 5 min walk to the beach at the disney ocean club or you can drive and park very quickly. all you need to bring is food/drinks and beach chairs/towels/umbrellas. for all the old time hilton head people, the old fort pub in hilton head plantation is still open and still very good... and can you believe greg russell is still performs at harbor town at night to entertain kids! new suggestion...great drinks @ the marriott vacation villas by the outdoor pool, south of the coligny circle on south forest beach drive...it's called pool bar jim's. bring quaters to pay for parking since the marriott peple won't allow parking in their lot.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
