Imagine the view from our centrally located, custom decorated, three bedroom, three 1/2 bath waterfront townhome with loft and dock. By morning, view the wildlife on the water as you sit in a hammock chair with your coffee on one of the balconies. By day, view your group participating in kayaking, fishing, crabbing, water skiing, jet skiing, or one of many other activities. By evening, imagine sipping a cool drink while you are watching the awesome sunset. At night, view regular fireworks displays from Seacrets.
Spread out and relax in our beautifully decorated home. Each of the three bedrooms has cable TV, DVD, water views, peaceful wildlife pictures, and high end mattresses. You will enjoy the garage parking in this small neighborhood that includes a pool! The downstairs is a mini waterfront suite with double bed, sleeper sofa, and its own private bath and balcony and sleeps four. The second bedroom has large double sink bathroom with separate tub and shower area. The top floor is master suite with loft that sleeps four; it has a jacuzzi garden tub and private balcony.
Experience the best of all worlds as you walk to the boardwalk; an even shorter walk just across the street will get you to the ocean where you can have beach waitress service or visit Coconuts Tiki Bar; if you want fresh water, Jolly Roger Water Park is only 1 block away! You are also within walking distance of K Coast Surf Shop, the Ocean City Convention Center, groceries, and many awesome restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home. It is well-kept and was very clean upon arrival. The layout is smart, with each "master suite" on its own floor for a nice level of privacy, which includes a nice bathroom and pull-out sofas associated with each level. The location of this property was perfect - centrally located to everything. I was concerned about the walk to the beach, but it wasn't bad at all, and the views of the bay were lovely. One suggestion is to better stock the kitchen - i.e. more large pots and frying pans, utensils, etc.. This wasn't a huge deal and we worked around it. A word about the owners - you will find they are professional, nice, and easy to work with. If you have any questions, they respond promptly. I really appreciated their flexibility, too. I was looking for a Fri.-Fri. rental, which many owners will not do. I spoke to both the husband and wife and they both had a "come whenever and for however many days you want, we just want you to be happy" type of attitude. I would rent here again for sure; even the price was reasonable. Thank you for the accommodations and for the wonderful memories you helped us create!Did you find this review helpful? Our much needed Family vacation was in jeopardy when a hurricane rolled up the coast of Ocean City Md. in August 2011 the day we were supposed to check-in Ocean City was under a mandatory evacuation. We spoke with the owners who were very realistic and accommodating regarding adjustment of monies/days etc. When we got to Ocean city it was like a ghost town. We had driven through the night and were presently surprised when we finally arrived. We had never stayed in this location before and had our family of 10 coming ranging from 1 year to 55 years old. The town-home was very nice with views and amenities as stated on the web site. I was born and raised in Cambridge Maryland a hour away and have been going to Ocean City my whole life for vacations. Our family crabs and fishes quit a bit and the ability to be on the water and experience the tides and sounds of water with the views from all three balconies never got old. My wife and I had a check-list of must haves, boat slip, pool, space, privacy, price, and availability. We are picky and don't like to settle. We enjoyed the garage for the space and the neighbors were very friendly and seemed to have kids for mine to play with. The beach was close as was everything else. Our weather was the best of any vacation all sunny days and it wasn't long before the ghost town was bustling again. Our family talks about the vacation and the hurricane and the sand and the breezes and the food and the boardwalk and the pool and the dock and all I can think about is doing it all over again. We spoke with the owners during our stay and they always seem to be available. We would recommend this place to anyone... anytime. Its nice to know what to expect when you revisit and can plan on having fun and adventures with familyRecommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We like to work hard and play hard. We purchased our vacation home to enhance our weekends when we are home in Maryland. We also love skiing in Utah and scuba diving in the Caymans.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We searched long and hard to find this perfect family vacation location. Ocean City is very narrow at our location so the walk to the beach is nothing - We wanted to be bayside with a dock and ladder to be able to enjoy water sports like kayaking, boating, crabbing, etc. The water park is right next door with rides and go carts and that keeps the kids happy. We are also within walking distance of many awesome restaurants and bars including the best sushi place in OC.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We enjoy hanging out at Coconuts across the street for the live music and beach waitress service. It is fun to walk to the boardwalk at night. The kids like playing with friends at the pool. Mainly, we just like sitting on one of the decks with coffee or a drink and watching the kids crab or fish on the dock.
