Imagine the view from our centrally located, custom decorated, three bedroom, three 1/2 bath waterfront townhome with loft and dock. By morning, view the wildlife on the water as you sit in a hammock chair with your coffee on one of the balconies. By day, view your group participating in kayaking, fishing, crabbing, water skiing, jet skiing, or one of many other activities. By evening, imagine sipping a cool drink while you are watching the awesome sunset. At night, view regular fireworks displays from Seacrets.
Spread out and relax in our beautifully decorated home. Each of the three bedrooms has cable TV, DVD, water views, peaceful wildlife pictures, and high end mattresses. You will enjoy the garage parking in this small neighborhood that includes a pool! The downstairs is a mini waterfront suite with double bed, sleeper sofa, and its own private bath and balcony and sleeps four. The second bedroom has large double sink bathroom with separate tub and shower area. The top floor is master suite with loft that sleeps four; it has a jacuzzi garden tub and private balcony.
Experience the best of all worlds as you walk to the boardwalk; an even shorter walk just across the street will get you to the ocean where you can have beach waitress service or visit Coconuts Tiki Bar; if you want fresh water, Jolly Roger Water Park is only 1 block away! You are also within walking distance of K Coast Surf Shop, the Ocean City Convention Center, groceries, and many awesome restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We searched long and hard to find this perfect family vacation location. Ocean City is very narrow at our location so the walk to the beach is nothing - We wanted to be bayside with a dock and ladder to be able to enjoy water sports like kayaking, boating, crabbing, etc. The water park is right next door with rides and go carts and that keeps the kids happy. We are also within walking distance of many awesome restaurants and bars including the best sushi place in OC.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We enjoy hanging out at Coconuts across the street for the live music and beach waitress service. It is fun to walk to the boardwalk at night. The kids like playing with friends at the pool. Mainly, we just like sitting on one of the decks with coffee or a drink and watching the kids crab or fish on the dock.

We like to work hard and play hard. We purchased our vacation home to enhance our weekends when we are home in Maryland. We also love skiing in Utah and scuba diving in the Caymans.
