Hali'i Kai is a new, gated condominium community situated on the ocean at the famous Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of Big Island of Hawaii. It's location makes it a premier resort. It is about a 30 minute drive from Kona International Airport. It is close to restaurants, shopping, golf and many other activities. Hali'i Kai has a beautiful ocean front pool and bar area and an open air fitness room.
Unit 14F is an oceanfront two story penthouse that offers spectacular ocean views from the master suite upstairs and the kitchen and living and dining rooms downstairs. The sunsets and the whale watching are incredible!! From the street side there are lovely views of the mountains that overlook the Kohala Coast.
All rooms in this three bedroom, three bathroom unit are graciously decorated in island decor. Bathrooms are elegant and roomy. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and an ocean front deck for outdoor dining make for leisurely and scenic meals!
