Oct. - May 22: $150/ night. 2 night minimum stay.
*Memorial Weekend $350/ night. 3 night minimum stay during week.
May 26 - Sept.: $250/ night. 3 night minimum and no weekend only.
*May 26 - Sept.: Must stay full week (M-Th) prior to or after weekend stay.
$100 Cleaning deposit for after-stay cleaning.
$500 Damage Deposit refunded after inspection.
