The home features a large modern kitchen with an open dining/living room area with a patio facing the river and a large custom arch top picture window with a spectacular view of the castle.
The second floor includes the open kitchen and bar, dining/living room, a master bedroom, full bath, and a ladder stair to the attic loft. The ground floor includes a private bedroom, a large family room, a full-sized shuffle board table, a full bath, and laundry.
The property includes use of a large dock to include plenty of room for a large boat, crystal clear swimming, and great fishing. It also includes the use of a private pool with bathhouse and a large private yard. We are located within walking distance of the village of Alex Bay and close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
