Built in 2003, this 2 story cottage home features magnificent views of the main shipping channel and the historic Boldt Castle. The home features a large modern kitchen with an open dining/living room area with a patio facing the river and a large custom arch top picture window with a spectacular view of the castle.
The second floor includes the open kitchen and bar, dining/living room, a master bedroom, full bath, and a ladder stair to the attic loft. The ground floor includes a private bedroom, a large family room, a full-sized shuffle board table, a full bath, and laundry.
The property includes use of a large dock to include plenty of room for a large boat, crystal clear swimming, and great fishing. It also includes the use of a private pool with bathhouse and a large private yard. We are located within walking distance of the village of Alex Bay and close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

Our family has been fortunate enough to spend a week for the past 3 years at the cottage. First the accomadations are first class, comfortable,and relaxing. location is convient to dining shopping, and a range of activities. Surronding are spectular, and the sunsets unforgetable. In all you can not find a better place to vacation. I highly reccommend this property, I am sure you will find your time memorable. Bob, and Jane Gross and family

Our party of 8 spent the 4th of July week at "The Cottage". The moment we got there we were blown away by the amazing views. The Reddicks were great hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying at "The Cottage". We hope to stay there for years to come!
