Completed January 2009, this brand new cottage sleeps two people. There is a full kitchen and dining area, a living room area in the bedroom, a bath and deck with barbecue.
Enjoy lovely furnishings and stainless steel appliances in a fully-equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining available or barbecue on the deck while enjoying the views and trade winds.
Sliding glass doors in the bedroom/living room open to a deck where you can read in the sun, enjoy the views and trade winds, barbeque or enjoy outdoor dining. The bathroom has an outdoor mason/stucco shower.
There is ample parking and the property is filled with tropical plants, banana trees, mango trees, papaya, tanya (elephant ear plants) and flowering bougainvillea.
Relax with views of turquoise waters and green hillsides including the East End, Tortolla and Sage Mountain, Norman Island, Peter Island, and the British Virgin Islands. The lights of Tortolla are spectacular at night.
