This fully-furnished rental home is located on Spokane's beautiful South Hill. It is a large, beautiful Rancher (3000 square feet) - four bedroom, three bath, finished basement with family room, upstairs and downstairs fireplaces, Central air and heating, security system, newly remodeled kitchen with overhead lighting, attached two-car garage, and a park-like, private backyard. Great kid’s room with bunkbeds! This is a Non-Smoking House and No Pets allowed.
The house is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is close to shopping, bus service, parks, and South Hill hospitals. Available February through June. We begin taking monthly reservations immediately and weekly reservations in January each year (weekly reservations normally made up to 8 weeks in advance). Minimum rental of seven days required.
