"JUST PERFECT!!" is how our beautifully appointed and professionally decorated ocean view condo has been described over and over again. This Summerwind Resort unit has proven to be one of the most popular, and well rented condos available on this beautiful beach. We would love the opportunity to host your perfect vacation. This three bedroom, three bathroom unit (sleeps 10!) on the fifth floor looks directly onto the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from a large wrap-around balcony.
And, keep this in mind for family reunions . . . . we also own & rent the new unit right next door (#93804) which can accommodate another family! Our home is fully furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy the surf, the sun and the sunsets. From the upgraded, decorative trim to new granite countertops, to the new widescreen TV, this condo has it all. The Summerwind Resort is located on the serene and beautiful Navarre Beach, where many have enjoyed its pristine, sugar-sand beaches and aquamarine ocean.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and overlooks the Gulf. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-size beds. We are also able to offer a queen sized pull-out sofa/bed in the living area. We comfortably sleep 8-10!! Each bedroom has private access to a full bathroom. There are TVs with DVDs or VCRs in all the bedrooms. And just added ~ the living room now has a state of the art, widescreen LCD TV with a DVD/VCR combo plus a stereo. In anticipation of your needs, our home is stocked with lots of books, games and movies for your enjoyment. As of March 2010 we now offer FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and an expanded digital cable packing, including HBO..
Enjoy the gourmet kitchen complete with upgrades, such as granite countertops and brand new cabinetry. The kitchen is equipped for cooking-in, but there are restaurants within walking distance if you want to eat out. You can enjoy the beauty of the beach while you exercise in the resort's NEW fitness center which overlooks the Gulf.
Summerwind Resorts have 3 sparkling new pools and 3 jacuzzi hot tubs, with an expanded sunning area and boardwalk leading to the beach. For the winter months, there's a heated pool and hot tub!! The unit has a full-size washer and dryer.
This unit is available to renters at least 25 years old, and this is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS home. The resort does not allow guests to bring their pets.
Add 10.5% taxes and a small cleaning & admin. fee. Traveler's insurance is now offered (but optional) for a small fee and is encouraged.

Wow - where to begin.....as stated above, we loved Navarre Beach so incredibly much that we put a contract down on our unit before we left. This is no ordinary beach - it is pristine, beautiful and peaceful. We are 'beach people' having vacationed all our lives up and down the east coast and panhandle. To us, Navarre Beach is incomparable for it's beauty and laid-back vibe.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit has been described over and over again as "even better than your pictures." We recently purchased brand new comforters, kitchen supplies and tables. Since our condo comfortably sleeps 8-10 (max capacity) we have been able to host larger family gatherings. Above all, it is inspected weekly by our housekeeping team and cleaned to strict standards.

We enjoyed our "Girls Getaway" so very much. We found the condo to be better than the online photos. The unit was clean and the location great. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it extra nice for our time there. Navarre Beach is quieter and more quaint than other beaches. We were positioned conveniently to travel to Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, etc., and we did one day. The rest of the time we enjoyed on the balcony. The view is incredible! You will not find a nicer owner than Lynn. She was kind, informative, helpful throughout the booking process and beyond. She truly set the tone for a wonderful, memory-making, relaxing trip with her sweet southern charm. This condo is a "keeper" and we certainly hope to return for more fun in the sun in the future.

Overall experience was Superb! Our favorite part of this condo is the large wrap-around balcony that overlooks the gulf. Beach was great, weather was perfect! Owner is very quick to respond and great to deal with. I would recommend this unit!

we returned again to this wonderful condo and if anything, it was even better. The beach was just beautiful and the condo was even nicer than we remembered, plus it looks like they had added several new things. Owner was incredibly easy to work with, so helpful plus honest. The kids loved the amenities the owners provided and we (our group) just truly enjoyed the peaceful, pretty furnishings. Nothing better at the end of the day than to sit on the large balcony with your group & enjoy some sunset cocktails. Enjoy - we sure did!

Navarre Beach is a nice, quiet area with lots of white sand. The condo description is accurate. Nice sized bedrooms; wrap around balcony; 5th floor ocean view is wonderful, a great way to welcome the morning and end the evening; pool area is nice with plenty of chairs; boardwalk to the beach is very convenient; lifeguard is close by; neat little "snack bar" located within condo community, yummy shaved ice, not too expensive given the convenient location. Condo owner is VERY nice and goes above and beyond to meet guests needs; communicates frequently and honestly; on-site condo staff are nice, some more attentive than others. Dining options and attractions are limited in Navarre Beach, probably one of the reasons it so quiet and laid back (which we enjoyed so much!!); however Ft. Walton Beach and Destin are a short drive and offer lots of activities. When visiting Destin, Southern Star Dolphin Cruise is great for families (Christian-based company), large vessel, and clean. It's located in HarborWalk Village, which also offers lots of dining options. Please note - AVOID the Lucky Snapper restaurant. It is overpriced and frozen-dinner quality. Overall nice vacation accommodations and beautiful area.

We loved this condo. The pictures just do not do it justice. Condo was very spacious and beautiful with a large wrap around balcony. The beach was wonderful and grounds were well maintained. We had a great time and loved working with the owner. They were very informational and gave great tips on things to do and where to eat. They had also provided plenty of amenities for a great stay. We will definitely be a repeat visitor.

I'm not referring anyone to this condo...because I want it ALL to myself! This condo is very spacious. 6 adults and 3 children and all our stuff fit with lots of room to spare. The furnishings are beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. But the view is the best of all. 5th floor view is Awesome. Lynn, is super easy to work with and talk too. I'll definitely be back.

This condo is everything we wanted in a beach front condo. We've stayed here in the past and WILL stay again. Have also brought friends who then rented it themselves. The amenities are we great and it is nicely decorated. Owners have been good to work with.; They also own a 1 bedroom unit next door which we have rented when had the whole family together. We have no problem recommending it to anyone looking for an upscale beachfront condo. The views on the balcony are awesome...great spot for a "cool one" at the end of the day.

We had two families staying in this unit and it was so affordable that we didn't have our expectations too high. We were wrong! The place was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen is so nice to not have to eat every meal out. The beach was stunning and the weather just gorgeous. The pools and hot tubs were never crowded. We had a wonderful, relaxing trip and we all said we can't wait to return to the exact same place!

Just stayed at Summerwind this weekend with my family and friends. The beaches were great. the water was as clear as i have ever seen on Friday but some seaweed did move in on Saturday. But the weather was supurb and the beaches were very clean. There was no indication of oil anywhere. this is the second time down there since school let in this year and am planning on going back before years end!! Can't Wait!!!
