This vintage riverfront home is located on the banks of the beautiful Russian River. Riverside Hideaway is a guest cottage located downstairs from the main house on the property. There is a private entrance, private covered porch w/gas BBQ overlooking the river and sunny fenced yard. River access is by stairs to dock.
The living room features a freestanding gas fireplace wood floors, full size futon and entertainment center with cable TV, and video game box w/games. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds (including extra down comforters) and TV's in both rooms. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style with stall shower. Kitchen has been remodeled and has new cabinets, refrigerator, gas range and microwave. More photos available upon request.
This home is within walking distance to downtown Monte Rio, grocery store, public beach, boat rentals, movie theatre, tennis courts and restaurants. Northwood Golf Course is apx. one mile away. The Pacific Coast (Jenner)is within a 15 minute drive. Guerneville is 5 miles east. We are located within a short driving distance to many Sonoma County wineries. Quaint Occidental is 10 minutes away.
