Eat at home and save money with a full kitchen and barbecue grill. Relax in the master bath Jacuzzi tub. The beaches on scenic Kaiaka Bay go for a mile to the right, and 7 miles to the left. To keep the neighborhood quiet and peaceful, only 4 guests will be allowed at a time, but the prices are well below market for a property this size. Beautiful Waimea Bay and Botanical Gardens are a scenic 15 minute drive from the house.
If you want to tandem parachute or ride in glider planes, Dillingham Airport is ten minutes away. For surfers, try " Hammerheads" in front of the house, or dozens of neighborhood breaks which are rarely crowded. There is a 5 acre park to the west of the house, and great mountain views from the street side.
