The Luxourious Master Bedroom has a king sleigh bed, a large TV Armoire with a private bath and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides a 4th separate area for a total of 1 king, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have TV's, radios & ceiling fans.
Enjoy your private 37.5 foot boat dock on a deep water, 100 foot wide canal, which has easy access and within a 2-4 minutes to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf Of Mexico (Florida Bay)! Located near the Living Coral Reefs, you are only minutes from the best fishing, diving, boating, sunning, and sightseeing in the world!
There is Water, Dockside Electric Power, Dock Ladder, Thick Padded Dock Pilings to protect our boat and 2 Fish Fillet/Cleaning Tables at the dock. We have a Bait Freezer to store your chum and catch.

If you don't want to rent a car, take the shuttle and our taxi services will take you anywhere on the island.

"Tommy Bahama" furniture as we put the best of everything into our vacation home as we use it too. You will fall in love with our vacation home from the moment you step into our home.
Great restaurant that offers all kinds of food and great seafood. You have to order a slice of their Key Lime Pie. It's my favorite.
You will be our quests to the Cabana Club offering a large pool, hot tub, beach, tropical drinks, food, game room for the kids and more.
Key Colony Beach Marina is located just 4 blocks away offering Fishing Charter Boats, diving charters, Boats rentals, boat ramp, Sparky's Restaurant, fuel dock.
This is one of my favorite restaurants and also makes the best Margarita on the Island. The food here is tops as well as my favorite is any of their seafood dishes.
Cabana Breezes Restaurant is another favorite located right next door to the Cabana Club offering a very large Tiki Bar, outdoor and indoor dining with a wonderful oceanview. The food is excellent and they have live
A select few owners have access passes to the Private & Exclusive "Inch Beach." There is a Tiki Hut with a Bar-B-Que grill where you can cook and eat on the beach. There are very few people there and at time you will be alone making you feel like your on your own private beach oasis. Inch beach is located on West Ocean Drive between 10th and 11th Street. It is just a 3 minute walk from our vacation home.

My wife and I have been vacationing in Key Colony Beach for more than 10 years now.
We love Key Colony Beach because it has everything to offer a water sportsman from fishing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, wind surfing.....you name it and you can do it in Key Colony Beach. Their is 2 boat ramps to load and unload your boat.
Their is a Marina, 4 great restuarants, The Cabana Private Club, Sunset Park where you can see a romantic sunset everyday. You will love Key Colony Beach just as much as we do.

The Casa Mar Azul was a lovely home with all of the comforts of our own home. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, clean, fully stocked. It was just as had been represented on the vacation site and was everything that we were looking for in a vacation rental. The owners, John & Aileen, were accommodating regarding our arrival and departure dates and their property manager, Elynn, was a gem! Thanks...we will be back!

This home is absolutely wonderful. It is located in the middle of a block, in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal. The home had every amenity that you would want or need. Key Colony Beach is a beautiful community, and very accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and beaches and parks. I think what our family loved the most was having our meals outside on the deck overlooking the canal. I cannot say enough about the thoughtful owner. If and when we decide to visit the Keys again, we would not hesitate in renting this home. Thank you John & Aileen.

This is the second time that we have rented this place and we loved it both times. It is very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and has everything that you would need for your vacation! It is also very quiet and we loved relaxing on the back deck with a book and also watching the birds, iguanas and boats. The membership to the Cabana club is a major bonus!! It is close to Marathon which has a nice grocery store and has fishing boats. It is also 1 hour from Key West which is a fun day trip. The only thing missing is bikes which would be nice to have for biking around Key Colony Beach! We would definitely go back to this house!

My wife and I have rented various properties on Key Colony many times. During Thanksgiving week of 2011 we stayed at Casa Mar Azul for the first time. It was truly the best vacation home we've ever enjoyed. There were seven of us and at no time did we ever feel "in each other's way", because this place is so spacious. You want for nothing. As a matter of fact, my wife and I decided not to fish on Thanksgiving Day and cooked a turkey with all the trimmings for the whole gang. Never once did we lack a utensil, pot or pan. We have a nice kitchen here at home but perhaps not quite as nice as CMA! The deck and dockage was perfect...I can't think of a negative...and we are pretty hard to please...especially my sister-in-law...even she loved it. We'll be back John! Here's a plug for a fishing charter...The Main Attraction...right there on the causeway...we've fished a lot in our lives but on Wednesday of our week we had the most productive day ever...dolphin, tuna and even a sail. Casa Mar Azul and Main Attraction...what a combo...

We had a great time. The house was wonderful and the location is great for fishing. Very fast to get out either to the reefs or to the gulf. bait and fuel was also very close. Hope to return next year.

I just can't say how much I enjoyed staying at this home. It was actually better than in the description and the photos. If you have an doubts, go ahead and rent this home. It was immaculate, everything worked and it is like brand new. You can enjoy the peaceful setting on the deck and just relax while you are here. It is great for a family vacation and has quick access to everything. The places to eat and walk in Key Colony are very nice. It is a private community that is well patrolled by a private Police force , so your vacation is peaceful. There are no obnoxious people making noise in the streets and you can sleep at night and wake up and enjoy a great day in your own tropical retreat. The owner has the home equipped with everything you would need, all the appliances are new and the washer and dryer work great. This place is a winner. The Owner is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.

From the first moment we stepped onto the property all we could say was "Wow!" This place will take your breath away. Even with seven people cooking all at once we had enough room to maneuver around the spacious, well-appointed kitchen. We rented a boat from Fun N Fish which worked out great - we were "living like the locals" for the entire week. The outdoor space was nice - we used the grill almost every night. We especially enjoyed the ideal location near Marathon's shopping, great restaurants (including Keys Fisheries), etc. - not too far from Key West (54 miles) or Islamorada (where we took in the show at Theatre of the Seas). Our 9 year old nephew made friends with an egret or two - and more than a few pelicans (which showed up whenever the fish cleaning station was being used). The owners are great and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to make their Keys Getaway. We can't wait to go back ourselves!

This was a well maintained, extremely clean modern home that I would recommend to anyone. Has everything you need. Beautiful facilities in a great location. Nice deck and canal for fishing. Everything was very up-to-date. Owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend this site to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
