Newly constructed Country home with modern conveniences. The home is located in the charming town of Wilson just 10 minutes from downtown Jackson Hole and even closer to the ski area. It is situated on 1.1 acres at the end of a cul de sac and bordering a 10 acre pond with stream. The location is extremely private yet convenient to town ammenities and national forest. From our road you may access the Wilson Pathways Trail System for road biking and leasurely walks. This pathway system meanders for over ten miles through protected scenic open space ending at the JH Mountain Resort. In the winter, the pathways are groomed for exceptional cross country skiing.
The Living Room has a wood burning fire place, antique beams and French doors that overlook the water and mountain views.
Enjoy a wood burning fire in the Gourmet Kitchen with a 6 burner gas Viking Stove, Refrigerator and a copper farm sink with views of Sleeping Indian. There is a connecting TV room with a 50" flatscreen TV.
Downstairs there are 2 guest bedrooms (1 queen, 2 singles) each with a private bath finished in marble or granite.
Upstairs is the Master Suite. The master bedroom has a barn wood & stone gas fireplace with sitting area overlooking the pond. Here you will see bald eagles, osprey, swans and moose (fox in winter). The Master Bath has separate vanities, Buffalo rug, clawfoot tub with mountain views and an extra large closet.
Front of home has large sitting area with porch swing. Side yard is perfect for summer games and the backyard has a gas grill for summer evenings.
Garage has 2.5 bays with climbing wall and exercise equipment.
