Year Purchased: 2000
We moved to Florida from Washington, DC about 5 years ago and have really enjoyed having this property in Myrtle Beach as the perfect midway point for getting together with our DC friends. We've used the condo for golf get-togethers, girlfriend weekend getaways, and family vacations. It's one of the nicest units - facing the marina and overlooking the pool. The Monday night fireworks are right at eye level, and there is tons to do with friends and family just around the corner.
Why the Owner Chose North Tower
We joined in with some friends to buy this property because we wanted a place where my husband could get together 3 or 4 times a year to golf and hang out with his friends. In addition, we wanted a property that I and the kids would enjoy as well. Barefoot Resort has it all- immaculate golf courses, a family friendly pool, a top class spa and much more. We love coming to Barefoot Resort. We've used it for gold get togethers, girls weekend getaways, and family vacations.
