This rental has striking views of the ocean and beach. The boardwalk leading to the beach is only a few steps away. Several pro-level golf courses within a few minutes drive.
Rates are $195 per night for the months of June and July. For the months of August thru May, the rate is $145 per night. These rates include all taxes and fees, including cleaning. A non-refundable $250 deposit is due at time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the total, and the balance is due 7 days prior to check-in.
Check in time is 3:00 PM, and check out is 10:00 AM

I rented this condo for my grandson and family, and the asked if I would extend, his and the wife,s thank you to the owner. They said it was much. much, more than they had expected, Their children one girl, and one boy, were pleased with the ocean and, and beach, the pool,s, etc. The ocean view was as good as the picture and more,!! the unit was roomy and comfortable. with all of the thing,s they could use to make it morethan a pleasant stay,!!!!!!!

We rented this condo for our family vacation. The owner was extremely helpful, promptly answering numerous questions before we actually booked the condo. He even allowed us to change our reservation date after a deposit had been made. Our entire stay was very pleasant without any complications. The condo was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and extremely clean. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The view of the ocean and beach from the condo is unbelievable; the pictures on this website honestly underestimate the view. You can hear the ocean waves from any of the three balcony doors, including the master bedroom! Actually, you can hear them at night from either bedroom without opening doors! The view of the sunrise from the balcony is also perfect! The boardwalk to the beach is immediately accessible outside the elevator and pool, making it easy to go from the pool to the beach. There are several pools in the complex. The partially-covered pool is perfect for taking a break from the sun and for evening swims; it actually opens early and closes late. There is a small playground in the complex. The grounds are beautiful; my son enjoyed watching and feeding the ducks daily. 24-hour security makes you always feel safe. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are a short distance from the complex. The beach was quiet and not overcrowded when we visited. I highly recommend this property! We will definitely book this condo the next time we visit beautiful St. Augustine!!

Great place to stay. Quiet. The photo of the view on this website doesn't do justice to the actual view. Ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Great breezes so that we didn't have to use airconditioning when we were there. Only suggestion would be to provide beach towels for those of us who fly in from out of town.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

For the past few years my husband and I have gone to St. Augustine to celebrate our anniversary and this is by far the best place we have stayed!! I totally agree with all of the comments from Jen. This unit was absolutely beautiful, everyone their very helpful and Ashley the owner was great to work with. Just a note for anyone from out of town. St. Augustine downtown has late hours for the summer... and as a native I would suggest you do the beach during the day and the town in the late afternoon and night... :o) It will get HOT walking around downtown and you can spend that time on the beach or in the pool which is just a few steps out the door ..:o)

Rented this unit for a long girls' getaway weekend in March 2011 with two friends and had a great time! The condo has two large bedrooms and good-sized living room, all nicely decorated. There is a large balcony with table/chairs and a wonderful view of the ocean. The beach is just a short walk from the condo, and the walkway to the beach is right by the outdoor pool so you can go from beach to pool and back again. The beach here is wide, pristine, and not too busy. Cars are allowed on the beach but there were very few when we were there - they were never an issue. The unit and complex were both very clean and well-maintained. Rental office staff was helpful, 24-hour security was great, especially for ladies traveling alone. Just a few minutes' drive from the grocery store and plenty of restaurants, and another few minutes more to the city of St. Augustine. (We really enjoyed the Pirate Museum in St Augustine, across from the fort - lots of hands-on, interactive exhibits that are great for both kids and adults.) The owner was really terrific about responding to all of our questions about the condo before we arrived, and our entire visit was trouble-free and totally enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property for a hassle-free, relaxing beach getaway!
