What a great and affordable little place in Oahu! My husband and I spent our first 4 nights here of our honeymoon and were so glad we chose wisely! Right next to the ocean, we sat out on the porch every night reading and enjoying the sound of the waves. Quiet and peaceful, it made us feel like we were really in Hawaii (Honolulu was just like Los Angeles to us!). Close to stores and the North Shore it is a prime location for sure. The hosts Geri and Ke' alii (hope I spelled it right) were very gracious to us. They suggested Haleiwa Joe's Restaurant and it was excellent! For anyone visiting, try the shaved ice in Haleiwa - we will be returning just to have some more! Thanks again :-)

We had a great time staying @ this location. I lived in HI for a few years as a child, and my memories were highlighted the most by the generosity and hospitality of the people of the island. These sentiments held true as soon as we pulled up to the beautiful residence. Geri and Ke-Alii went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. They were involved enough to ensure a quality experience, but also gave us the privacy and detailed information we needed to maximize the quality of our stay. We wanted to barbeque, and they made sure we had a good pit to use. When they noticed we were having a little honeymooner's dinner under the stars, they brought us a candle to set the mood. Don't stay in Waikiki if you're looking for an authentic experience w/ a prime view and hospitality. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a first-class HI experience. It's minutes from the Polynesian Culture Center, right across from a little grocery store and some eateries, close enough to the North Shore and Haleiwa and just about 45 min to 1 hour from HNL airport.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Loved the beach, the hosts were extremely genuine, helpful and accommodating. We can't wait to return! This little unit is a perfect combination to add extra space AND an extra bathroom to their 4-bedroom home. It's also a sweet small studio for privacy and a comfortable get-away.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

This studio is in a nice, friendly location. We bicycled around the North Shore and had great meals at the shrimp trucks. The beach is only paces away and it is very photogenic. We took so many pictures there, I filled up a large memory card. Geri & Ke'Alii were welcoming hosts. It was great meeting both of them. Next time, we'll probably rent the bigger unit because we bring a lot of stuff, but we do plan on going back.

I rented the studio, 1 BR and 4 BR units for a weekend. My friends and I had a great time staying at this place. The beach is literally 20 footsteps away. It rained while we were there and the space was still able to accommodate 20 adults and 3 kids and we were still able to have a BBQ. Although the owners of the property live next door, they were not overbearing or nosy neighbors. Overall, positive experiance. Definately would stay there again.

Kealii and geri were so awesome!! the studio was so cute and very clean! beautiful beach, wonderful neighborhood! overall..they best kept secret on the north shore, we look forward to staying there again!

Your place was the perfect place for us to get away and relax. The beach was beautiful, the weather was great and we had everything we needed to keep us comfortable. Definitely island style. We'll be back!
