Private home on large corner lot. Comfortable accommodations including a master suite on the main level offering a queen bed, TV and private sitting area with gas fireplace. The second bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a queen bed with TV and VCR. The upstairs third bedroom offers a queen bed with TV and VCR.
The home also offers a loft with futon. Amenities include an expansive deck with hot tub, wood burning fireplace in the living room and CD player. Complimentary High Speed Internet Access is available to guests. The home is pet friendly.

As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. The resort concierge will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.

We really liked the location of this house. We wished there was air conditioning and when we arrived the carpet in one of the upstairs bedroom was wet in several areas and had an unpleasant odor. None of this made our stay bad though, we still really enjoyed the home and the Hot Tub was awesome!

"Comfortable, affordable home in Sun River" The home was nice and comfortable and a little less than other higher end places in Sun River. Sun River is always an awesome place to stay, lots to do and a lot of fun. The weather didn't cooperate with us, but otherwise it was fabulous.

"Great location and house for our needs for this particular trip." The house was in good shape; seemed to be in the process of some updating, but that did not impact us in any way. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the bbq was excellent. The Resort staff was excellent, friendly, and very attentive.

"Large corner lot, comfortable accommodations" Large corner lot, comfortable accommodations, spacious, open and well ventilated.. Hot pool was great. The house has not had an upgrade in some time, but is adequate - especially futon could be replaced with leather and flat screen TVs could replace the older ones (PS. Living room does have a big flat screen TV, so that was good). Overall very good and up to satisfaction!

"Clean, quiet, well equipped" My family rented 3 homes for our daughter's wedding. Pine Bough 1 was the home base for Mom and Dad. We had alll of the menu cards, programs, gowns, etc. so we could keep everything safe from people coming and going. It was very quiet so we were able to sleep comfortably. We had our own space to get away for reflection time. It worked out wonderfully. It was 4 house down from the big "Party House", so i had all teh solitude I needed. Renting several houses was truly the way to go for a mid-sized wedding.

This is a lovely home and worked well for our trip. We had two families (8) staying together and had plenty of space for adults and kids. Quiet, easy to find, just 1 block from bike trail.
