Robinini By The Sea is the Ultimate Beach Front home that is popular for weddings, family reunions, summer vacations but is also cozy enough for a couple. This home has been designed and decorated with architectural antiques, comfort, and quality. The top/third floor is where the Master bedroom and Living suite are located. As well as two private decks and an outdoor HOT TUB. The Main floor has a complete Gourmet kitchen, Hand painted Ocean themed elevator,four bunk beds,four private bedrooms with full baths. All have access to the oversized covered shaded deck. This home is wheelchair accessible with out-swing doors and a roll in shower. The second floor has a separate living area as well as a large window seat for additional sleeping/relaxing space. You will have off street covered parking, grill, outside shower, and a large covered children's sandbox. The Hot tub is a wonderful way to make Robinini cozy even during the cooler months when the crouds are gone and the beach is quiet and perfect for long walks. This home also qualifies for special events in which case the event fee applies.($1000.00) We must ask all renters to keep the grill on the ground level at all times.

We stayed at Robinini for our wedding and could not have been more pleased. The house is beautifully decorated and seems to be an extension of the beach itself. It was perfectly suited for a relaxing few days leading up to the event and very accommodating for the 40+ we had at the wedding. Our family is still raving about the house. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't be disappointed, in fact, you'll be in awe.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

All I can say is the pictures do not do this place justice. When my family and friends arrived the first day all I saw were jaws dropping. This place is fabulous and made our dream week come true. My wife and I got married there last week and it was absolutely perfect. We had the wedding on the beach and then had the reception under the house afterwards. Everything went perfectly and it was a wonderful venue. I cannot say enough about this place. The funniest part was my 4 year old nephew the last day saying this was his favorite place in the world. He was in Disney World week before! Anyways we plan on staying again and highly recommend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a perfect place to have my daughters small beach wedding and reception.(75 guests)! We will never forget this lovely place. Wish i could show you the pictures of how lovely the house and beach and under the house for the reception looked. It was magical. Thank you to Robin for allowing us to use her beautiful beach home. Katie and Dustin were so pleased with everything.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The description of this property does not do it justice. This home is equisitely appointed, very well equipped, and its location is the absolute best! We were going to have about 12 family members staying with us but it ended up being just myself, my husband, and our 6 year old daughter. This was our first visit to Folly Beach and we were very upset about leaving. We hope to book a week's vacation in 2011 at Folly Beach and want to spend it in this house again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Robin: Please forgive me for taking so long to get this to you. I meant to do it as soon as we got home but I forget that I need a vacation from the vacation when I hit the house... I am so sorry we missed you when you came by that day to check on things. I would have loved to have met you and tell you these things in person. I cannot begin to tell you how much we loved your house. We have stayed out at Folly Beach for several years as my mom grew up in Charleston (her dad was a fire chief and my aunt still lives there) and my Granny's house quickly became too little for our family of six and renting a beach house was immediately popular with my four kids. From the minute we walked in the door of your lovely home it felt like we were borrowing someone's real home for the week. Most beach rentals feel exactly like that--a rental. Yours was the first one that felt like a true home. I have never enjoyed spending so much time indoors at the beach before. :) I really appreciate all that you did to make it feel like a home away from home and you succeeded brilliantly. We weren't lacking for anything during the week and every time I found myself thinking that we were probably going to have to buy something we needed to use for the kitchen, it turned up. The only thing we did buy was some Gladware for leftovers. It was the first time we have actually cooked everyday that we have been on vacation too, but the minute we walked into the kitchen we said it was obviously made for cooking and we had a great time doing it. My kids had brought friends with them for the first time ever and the table was big enough for all of us to sit around at each meal which was wonderful. I loved the beautiful comforters and linens on the beds. Every room felt like a place I could stay and be happy (but of course my husband and I took the master upstairs--there was something so indescribably amazing about waking up and opening my eyes only to look out on the ocean. Great way to start the day, that's for sure. Makes you believe in God all over again each time. By the way, the boys LOVED the ping pong table in the garage. It was a huge hit and they spent a lot of time in there during the week. Thank you so much for loaning us your beautiful home. We won't ever look at another house the next time we want to spend a week at the beach. You have spoiled us forever. All the best, Renee' Renee' M. Why East Folly Beach Shores:
Folly Beach is one of the last wide open public beaches in this area. I have always enjoyed the artistic, eclectic Edge of America. I have lived in many places and always knew that if given the opprotunity to have a dream home it would be on Folly Beach.
