We loved our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very comfortable. The beds were nice, I wish I had my own pillow. Folly Beach is an amazing place, including our daily stops at Bert’s market.

The house was very clean. A nice surprise was that the beds were already made up on arrival. The elevator was helpful especially for the older ones in our group. The host was so prompt in getting back to me if I had a concern. I appreciated that so much.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Nicely stocked kitchen and every room had a bathroom. Plenty of space that everyone could have a worst plane if they wanted or gather together at the large kitchen table with a Beautiful unobstructed view of the beach. Property manager was always available if needed and very pleasant to work with. Absolutely would stay again

We brought our family of 12 to Oceanview, 2 parents (Us) and our 2 Sons and their families! The House was Awesome! We had every appliance you could think of at the residence, every pot, plates, cups etc., provided! Great distance from pier and downtown Folly and of course, the beach was our backyard!!! We Loved it!!! We had plenty of towels and anything pretty much we needed. Our Host Kate is Great! We didn't leave a note in the guest book at the residence because it was full but if it wasn't full it would have been an Outstanding review. Thank you Kate for a Great place to stay :) :D :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect—on the beach and convenient to everything on Center Street. The house itself was very clean and clearly well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable.It’s also extremely well-equipped, especially for larger groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. The layout worked great for both relaxing and socializing.Having a golf cart already at the property to rent was a plus. Kate was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—clean, spacious, and in a great location. We would definitely go back !
