The property has three bedrooms, a sofa sleeper, with one Queen sized and two full beds, two baths and spectacular views from all levels.
At the lake, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the shoreline with a fire pit, a docking area and boat slip. You enter the house on the main level into a roomy and fully equipped kitchen with a cool pass through window to the deck, dining area, living room and one bedroom. On the second level down, there is a family entertainment area, TV, DVD, high speed internet, sectional sofa sleeper, washer and dryer, a full bath and the other two bedrooms. Both of the decks this three story terraced house, are east facing for gentle morning sun and welcome afternoon shade.
Terraced Treasure is conveniently located in between Somers and Lakeside at the Northwest corner of Flathead Lake. Somers and Lakeside are quiet lakeshore communities with a handful of friendly shops and dining establishments.
Terraced Treasure is just 30 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 15 minutes to Kalispell, 12 minutes to Bigfork, and 40 minutes to Glacier National Park. And for the winter ski enthusiast the fabulous Blacktail Mountain Ski area is just minute’s away and storied Whitefish Mountain Ski area is only a 40 minute drive to the north. Enjoy your Summer or Winter vacation at this lovely Flathead home. Golf, fishing, road & mountain biking, horseback riding, water sports and sightseeing are all nearby.

Year Purchased: 1990
My brother and I were born and raised in Northwest Montana. We spent many of our happiest days growing up on Flathead Lake. We learned to water-ski on Somers Bay, embarked on many fishing trips with our Dad to pull Mackinaw from the cool clear depths of the lake, and enjoyed beautiful sunrise outdoor breakfasts and sunset bar-b-ques with friends and family. Our folks built this wonderful home in the early 90's after our family and countless friends had spent many decades enjoying the beach and the area each summer.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The lake is very nice for swimming and water skiing, with a sandy sloping beach that is very kid friendly. The campfire ring is great for evening fires and s'mores. The top floor of the house with the big, open kitchen lends itself to friendly, informal gatherings. The views from the top deck across Somers Bay islands, the water tower, and the Jewel Basin hiking area and Mount Aeneas in the distance are amazing!
