The Casa Verde condominium complex is one the best kept in Palm Springs, with mature landscaping, lawns and citrus trees. Although some owners and renters have kids, this condo location is far enough away from the pool/spa and tennis area to be quiet at all times. It is a gated complex, with parking only a few feet from the condo (your vehicle can be viewed from the bedroom window).
The condo is ultra clean and has cable and television sets in the living room and bedroom. The upstairs condo owner is rarely there, except some long weekends, and very quiet and respectful when visiting. Just a block from the convention center, you can walk into town and enjoy the Casino, restaurants, and the many spas available. A multi-plex movie theater is two blocks away.

Year Purchased: 2005
My wife and I bought this condo for vacationing in 2005, and moved to Palm Springs at the end of 2006. We have decided to rent the condo now that we've moved into a house.
Why the Owner Chose Casa Verde
The Casa Verde complex is one of the best kept units with moderate HOA dues. It has two spa/pool areas and tennis courts (we both play tennis). It is within walking distance of downtown, and just down the street from the convention center.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The condo is a lower unit with a private patio area (with a view of the mountains), making the unit seem much bigger. Parking is close to the condo, and it's far enough away from the pool and tennis courts not to hear the resulting noise. There's a Ralphs market within a mile of the unit. The condo is turn-key furnished, with all appliances and a washer/dryer in the corner of the kitchen.

We were very pleased with 10A1, and considered it good value. If we return to Palm Springs next winter, we would like to rent it again if still available.....Sincere thanks to you and Cate, and we will definitely be in touch with you prior to the end of April concerning our plans for 2011. (turns out Bob and Carrol Anne have made other plans for 2011, so the condo is still available).
