Lakefront 3 story home comfortably sleeps 12. 3 levels of expansive decks are ideal for entertaining, each offering gorgeous lake and gulf views. The unique gulf and lake setting offers the ultimate in possibilities for family vacationing including waterskiing, sailing, kayaking, fishing, canoeing, snorkeling and more. If it's not a beach day, the lake offers plenty of water activities, and at the shared swimming pool (shared by only 4 houses), it's always a green flag day.
The spacious home offers a wonderful get-away for more than one family or a group of friends. The homey greatroom provides comfortable lounging with two oversized sofas and complimentary club chairs. The farm table seats 10-12 for inviting family meals and transitions smoothly into a perfect venue for poker, board games or craft projects.
You'll have room to roam in the master suite retreat, with private dressing area and luxurious jacuzzi tub. One thing you won't see are lines for showers, with four spacious full bathrooms. The outdoor pool shower makes beach clean-up a breeze.
The fully-equipped kitchen allows for easy preparation of family meals, unless grilling out on the deck while watching the sunset is more to your liking. A favorite after-dinner activity is biking the short trail into Seaside for gelato, shopping or a variety of outdoor music, movies and art offerings.

Incredible ! That sums up our vacation stay in your home in one word. Your home was comfortable and met all our needs to make our stay complete. Comfy beds, flully bath towels and the well stocked kitchen were a plus. Oh did I mention the large dining table allowed for big family dinners . The washer and dryer were a God send too. We enjoyed the lake access when we stepped out the back door and the quick walk to the beach was so nice. Resturant and shopping were close by for all us when we were so relaxed we didnt want to cook or we had a bit too much sun. This home has great views, a welcoming feel and the game room on the top level kept our teenage boys entertained. We are hoping to return again next year.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

In October we had a family reunion of 6 Bothers and Sisters and spouses. What a wonderful spacious and well cared for home to gather in - there were 11 of us. We enjoyed the upper deck with gulf views and the main level deck with the wonderful peaceful lake views and walkways. Two large TV's in living room - and one in every bedroom - for the News/sports fans. Great kitchen and gathering table...It was the perfect place for all of us. Much to do in the area...it's alittle like paradise. Be active - shopping...cycling...or just enjoy the sights.The restaurants are the best! Go and you'll have a great time! I'm ready to book my reservations again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We stayed at "Get To The Point" for 6 nights in July 2011 and it was amazing! We have a family of 10 and this home was perfect for us. There are awesome views from all levels of the home along with a very short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to downtown Seaside. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with so if you are looking for a place to stay for a week...."Get To The Point" is your place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I can't say enough about our week at "Get to the Point". The house was beautiful and perfect. The location was great. Having the lake and ocean view was so nice. Perfect for 1 family or several familes. Talking with the owner, Cindy, made me feel like we had been friends forever. She made sure that our visit was everything we wanted it to be. About the owner: The Gross family, of six, live in the nearby community of Gulf Breeze. They have enjoyed the Seaside area for more than 25 years. They often vacation here, sharing family reunions and other special occasions with their friends and relatives.

Seagrove Beach, and our lakefront home were the perfect fit for us. The home's location on the lake, its proximity to all of what Seaside, Alys, Grayton and Rosemary Beaches have to offer, partnered with the quieter area that we chose just makes for a perfect vacation spot for us.
