Family summer home has the convenience of close ocean access. This home is located only 6 houses to the beach entrance: if you need to use the facilities, rinse in the shower outside, grab a drink or just get a break from the sun you are steps away on 45th Street! This rental is the entire house.
Many house rentals are multi-units, where you are sharing the house, the yard, the parking, etc... as well as the noise levels. No worries here.
This is a well maintained house. Owner is a neat freak.

We love the beach and Long Beach Island has everything anyone needs while on vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Close proximity to beach, entertainment, restaurants, shopping etc... The house is in a great location. One of the first towns on Long Beach Island, and is on a great street. Very few renters on this street.
Daddy O's is a great lunch/dinner spot for adults and/or families. At night, Daddy'O's is a great spot for adults to wind down and take break with some cocktails and occasional entertainment. Note: During the summer months Daddy O's opens up expanded outdoor areas (including huge Outdoor Patio as well as Rooftop).
St. Francis offers an Aquacenter (indoor & outdoor swimming pools). St. Francis is walking distance to our summer home.
Leave your bicycles at home. Surf Buggy is just a few blocks away with all the rentals needed for the whole family. They provide bicycle rentals as well as beach rentals (e.g., beach carts, chairs, body boards, etc...) (Located at 38th Street & LB Blvd)
Dom's Drive-In is a great location for burgers, ice cream, sandwiches, snacks... (Located at 37th Street & LB Blvd)
