  We love going to escapes!!! Everything is always clean and comfy!! If you haven't been it's worth taking a look at going for a stay!!

  My husband and I stayed here for Spring Break and we absolutely loved it! It was our best trip to Orange Beach. The condo and beach were gorgeous! The staff in the building were also very friendly. The condo was very spacious and comfortable! We will definitely be going back soon!

  Our family stayed in this unit during the week of Thanksgiving. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and one of the finer units of many we have reserved over the years in Orange Beach. Very easy access to all amenities and the grounds are very well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and because the weather was simply perfect, we especially enjoyed when the indoor area was opened up. Outdoor fireplace/bbq was nice in the evenings and the area is well maintained. We spend Thanksgiving at the beach yearly and this is one of the few times we did not feel like we were there during "off" season. The place was alive and the staff attentive to the needs and desires of the guests. Enjoyed music always playing in the pool area and pool doors opened as weather permitted. Residents and guests were all very friendly and enjoyable to be around. Jim was a pleasure to deal with and I can't think of anything that would have made our stay more perfect....except for maybe another week or two or three...

  The Lap of Luxury! That is the best way I can describe Jim Ratieri’s 8th floor condo at Escapes to the Shores! This is the third time that my Class of 72 high school girlfriends have vacationed together at Escapes and this unit runs circles around the others. It is far larger than these photographs show and more beautiful than any words can paint. Jim was amazing from the beginning. There were no surprises and he was so pleasant to work with. I’m about to send him a request for a week next spring so we can spend another magical vacation at Escapes! Thank you, Jim, for sharing your home with us!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit at Escapes. The condo was well-furnished, bedding was especially comfortable. Living room furniture was very comfortable as well. Access to beach was so convenient and on-site amenities were excellent. Our second time to stay here and we will definitely stay again. Only problem we encountered was the kitchen was not as well furnished as some we've stayed in - no wine opener and no larger baking dishes. But overall, exellent!

  The condo was fantastic, as was the location. The condo was on the 8th floor and had great views of the ocean and beach. The condo was as what you see in the photos, well stocked, clean and no surprises. The front staff at the Escapes were great and the night security guard was very helpful on our arrival. I'll be using this condo again when my family are togteher as there was oodles of space.

  This condo was very spacious and well furnished! The facility was very nice with a great indoor and outdoor pool. Parking, walking to the pool, and walking out to the beach were all very close and convenient.

  This was our first visit to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach AL area and we had an awesome time. The condo was beautiful. Very large and clean with great view of ocean. We definately liked the location, close enough to things you needed (restaurants & groceries) but not in an area that had too much of the touristy stuff. I highly recommend this condo unit!

  We truly could not have asked for a more perfect stay. After our Labor Day trip the year before was ruined due to horrible weather, the owner happily let us reschedule. The condo was even more roomy than the pictures portray. The furniture, decor and amenities are top of the line and we could not have asked for anything more out of our beach stay except that we wanted to move in and stay all summer! No complaints whatsoever!

Cancellation policy:

Key Pick Up: Keys provided by front desk, 24 hour service. 1. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Evidence of smoking in unit or on balcony forfeits security deposit. 2. Sorry, no pets allowed. 3. Age restriction of 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION REFUND: The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned before departure. d. Keys are returned to front desk. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the building security. Excessive noise (loud music, etc) can result in eviction. 5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. 6. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. A small supply of soap/shampoo is provided, but we suggest you bring additional bath supplies. One load of laundry and dish washer detergent is provided, we suggest you purchase or bring additional supplies. 7. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 8. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 9. PARKING PASSES: Must display parking pass in your vehicle. Up to three passes are included at check-in. 10. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3. Any advance rents collected for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 11. CANCELLATION – Cancellations are accepted if 45 days or more before arrival date, with full refund less $45 processing fee. Cancellations within 45 days forfeit the $300 security deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit all rent – owner will offer balance paid as a credit on a future rental for good causes, at the discretion of the owner.
