Our weekly rental 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ideally located directly across the street from the South Beach entrance on Marco Island. The condo has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with entertainment center, laundry room, screened lanai with garden view and partial ocean view, cable and wireless DSL internet access. The condo can accommodate up to 6 people by using the additional sofa bed/queen 18'-air mattress option.
The condo is located on the top floor of the building, which gives you a beautiful view from the lanai. You will have complete access to the condo's private pool with outdoor grill, tennis courts, and private parking lot. You will enjoy the pristine white, sandy beaches of Marco Island as well as activities such as boating, fishing, tennis, golfing, dining, shopping, and shelling.

Our close proximity to the public access walkway for Marco Island's South Beach makes this condo an ideal location. Because of the direct access to the beach, this condo is the best deal on the island - almost beach front property without beach front prices! Unlike other condos on the island with shared public laundry facilities, ours features laundry within the unit. Because of the condo's strategic top-floor corner location, the view from the fully screened lanai/balcony offers a garden view of the park, as well as a partial view of the ocean across the street. This partial ocean view can also be enjoyed from the living room.

Why the Owner Chose Seaview
We fell in love with Marco Island during our first visit there. We love the white, sandy beaches and easy going lifestyle. My husband loves to fish and caught quite a few large groupers during our stay. Marco Island is a great place to get away from it all.

We loved this condo. Close to the beach and shopping and a nice neighborhood to take walks. Pool and building were well maintained and we meet some very nice people there. The unit itself had a lot of extras you usually don't have when renting and the kitchen was well equiped. We felt at home and had a wonderful 2 weeks.

Unit is in excellent location, near a beach access. The unit is well maintained, well stocked, nicely laid out. Also, being on the top floor, there are no connecting units. I certainly would recommend the unit. The pool is nice and well maintained. We hope to return ourselves for a longer stay.

Condo was excellent; well stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, etc, and comfortable furniture. Owners make the condo a nice experience and price was excellent. Best feature is that it is right across street from one of only three public beach access points. One of the best locations on the island for beach time and privacy.

After a LONG winter in Minnesota, a week in mid-May on Marco Island was a life-saver!!!! A beautiful, uncrowded stretch of beach is a two-minute walk from the condo, and it's fantastic that the owners provide all beach accessories one might need, down to a set of coolers and a cart to bring them all to the beach! Having already visited the nearby Everglades and Naples/Ft. Myers areas on several occasions (a must if you haven't been there), we concentrated on ... sun and sea! The rental car stayed parked in the lot (another plus) for nearly the whole week, as we chilled (or, rather, warmed up after months in the snow) on the white beach, swimming in the ocean, taking very long walks to the opposite point of the island, finding a million gorgeous seashells (remember to return those with live mollusks to the sea!), and watching the waves, with the pelicans and the herons playing in them. The condo is so close that we could get back for a quick, air-conditioned rest at any time, or for a jump in the pool, which is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. This is also ideal for senior and/or families with young children; even if the weather was warming up, it always felt perfect. I wish I could have used the tennis courts ... but we certainly did spend a lot of time on the lanai, watching the sea breeze play with palm fronds in the park across the street and glimpses of the ocean through more palm trees and sea-grapes. The condo is in a much smaller complex compared to the giants directly on the beach, which is definitely a plus--much quieter and human-scale. Inside, the perfectly clean apartment has everything, including some really nice furniture, but again one spends most of the time outside! The rental agency is also very helpful (we arrived when they were closed but found very easy to follow directions and had no problem finding the condo, etc.) Check-out took about a minute. We ended up buying terrific seafood and cooking at home/picnic on the beach, so no restaurant recommendations. In sum, I can't wait to go back, this could easily become an annual tradition for our family. Marco Island is beautiful, and this condo beats a 4-star hotel for location, convenience, quiet, independence, while having all the possible amenities one might need.

this property is very clean and also quiet. The beach is a short walk across a crosswalk (and beautiful pathway) that is not busy at all. Being at the south end of the island was great and not in the hustle and bustle that is further up. At night the lights from the highrise condo bldings are beautiful and sitting out on the screen porch with the overhead fan on is great! Washer and dryer really came in handy. Our kids 10 and 7 enjoyed their time in the large condo pool a lot! It was always warm and clean! The grill by the pool is easy to use and works great! We made local shrimp one night on it. Sitting on the beach we saw dolphins every day! This condo is stocked with beach chairs, toys and even a cart that our kids pushed down and back to carry all of your things in!!! The extras were laundry and dishwasher soap, garbage bags, dryer sheets, paper towels, tissues, bug spray, etc all stocked in the condo for our use, which was convenient not to have to buy all that for just one week! We did have a problem with the airconditioner, however we called the maintanence number that is in the condo and someone came out and fixed it for us within the day. Shopping in Naples is close and convenient and the kids went to the fun and sun park there for a day which was also great! We were glad to get back to the quiet of the condo after a day in the busy Naples area. Overall, i would recommend this condo to friends and family and plan on doing so in the future as many people have commented on our pictures on Facebook from our trip and asked for more info about Marco Island and where we stayed at!

We truly enjoyed our stay in your condo. Everything we needed was there including Wi-Fi. Very clean and conveniently located across the street from the beach. Very nice pool with grill for outdoor cooking. Especially enjoyed mornings on the patio with a cup of coffee watching people walking to the beach, walking their dog, biking or jogging. Definitely would stay there again when the opportunity arises.

We had an wonderful trip to this condo on Marco Island. The unit is very modern and has some very unique aspects that make it very special. We especially enjoyed being up on the fourth floor with a screened in patio area that provides a view and a great place to eat snacks or meals. Being close to the beach also provided us super access to a clean beach area with awesome sunsets. Thanks again

This was our first time to Marco Island, and we had a wonderful time. This condo really offered alot of amenities which was very nice. This unit was very quiet and the heated pool was really warm versus other outdoor pools we have used. We especially liked the privacy the 4th floor gave us on the screened lanai. The king size bed was comfortable, and having two baths was very convenient. There is a closet off the lanai with a good assortment of beach toys, chairs, etc. The proximity to the South Beach access is a real plus. The owner we talked to about this condo was very helpful and accurate in her descriptions. The other residents were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again on our next Marco vacation.

This was our 4th time staying at Seaview and we were not disappointed as usual. Always clean, quiet and so convenient to the beach and stores, grocery and otherwise. If the weather isn't so great for a day, it's only a short trip to Naples for great shopping. Will no doubt come back again.
