I have been vacationing in Summit County for 20 years, and I would like to offer a clean, comfortable, and an affordable place to call home for your stay. From the fireplace to the views of Keystone and Lake Dillon to the new kitchen and bathrooms, this Non-Smoking condominium has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Opened in December 2003. The clubhouse offers a pool, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball, weight room, pool tables, ping pong, video games, fireplace, wireless internet, locker rooms, and a laundry room... all for your needs and enjoyment. The clubhouse also has full kitchen and private room that you are able to reserve for any large function.

The property was very clean, well maintained. It was equipped with anything you would need to make any stay pleasant. The view from every window was fantastic!!! The location was perfect. Tom, the property owner was helpful and very easy to work with!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This was an awesome place for our Colorado adventures! We had 2 families (4 adults, 3 kids) and we were all comfortable! There was an upstairs that we didn't even need, but we could have fit more people if we needed to. The clubhouse was great entertainment and town was very close (we even walked there and back one day). Thank you so much! We hope to visit again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The perfect base for our spring ski trip. We drove up from Denver and met some friends who had flown in from England. Tom's condo had plenty of space for the six of us. The kids loved the huge loft. We all enjoyed the hot tubs. Even though they are shared by quite a large number of condos, there are 3 or 4 hot tubs laid out around the small swimming pool and we always found one free. We spent a couple of days here during Spring Break and it was a great place to stay. The views are amazing, the condo itself is so comfortable (everyone slept well because of the comfortable beds), and the location is wonderful for getting to anything you need. Because of the all day skiing and then night skiing, too, we didn't have time to check out the clubhouse so I don't have an opinion on it other than it's just steps away from this condo. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay. Tom made the rental process easy and he's on top of making sure your stay is a nice experience. Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo was very spacious and clean. The rooms were a good size for all of us. The pictures accurately reflect the rental property's appearance. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The water filter on the kitchen faucet was a great added bonus. The bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels. I would definitely recommend this condo for others and would want to rent it again. Great accommodations!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

The condo worked out perfectly. The VRBO listing is quite accurate. Very nice condo, clean, well equipped, convenient, and priced very reasonably. Three of us traveled from NY, and met two others from Denver; there was plenty of room for all of us. We skied Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone---all were within easy driving distance. Shopping was nearby (the selection at City Market was phenomenal). The only minor drawback---it's on the third floor. For us New Yorkers coming directly from sea level, carrying luggage up those steps took our breath away...but in a way that made us laugh. I would definitely rent this condo again---and probably will.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Great Value for my dollar! Your condo was clean and contained everything we needed for a great ski vacation - enjoyed the fireplace! Reasonable driving distance to our favorite ski hills, Keystone and Vail, also found the close proximity to restaurants a plus. My family and I have stayed in this condo year after year. We keep coming back because we find the stay to be warm and comfortable. It has all the amenities that we need as a family. The clubhouse is great and the views are wonderful. This condo is close to all the activities and stores that we need during our stay. Your place is sweet! Homey, clean and convenient. Perfect for one big or two small families. All the big ski areas are close by, so you can pick and choose where you want to go. Shopping is right there, so you have everything you need. It's cozy too, so the condo's great after a hard day on the slopes to just snuggle in by the fire to watch a DVD. WOW WHAT A VIEW,I WISH I COULD LIVE THERE.YOUR CONDO IS NICE AND CLEAN. THE NEW BATHS AND KICHEN APPLANCES ARE GREAT. THE CLUB HOUSE IS GREAT FOR EVERYONE.
