I have been vacationing in Summit County for 20 years, and I would like to offer a clean, comfortable, and an affordable place to call home for your stay. From the fireplace to the views of Keystone and Lake Dillon to the new kitchen and bathrooms, this Non-Smoking condominium has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Opened in December 2003. The clubhouse offers a pool, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball, weight room, pool tables, ping pong, video games, fireplace, wireless internet, locker rooms, and a laundry room... all for your needs and enjoyment. The clubhouse also has full kitchen and private room that you are able to reserve for any large function.

  • My family and I have stayed in this condo year after year. We keep coming back because we find the stay to be warm and comfortable. It has all the amenities that we need as a family. The clubhouse is great and the views are wonderful. This condo is close to all the activities and stores that we need during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in traveling to the area.

  • Your place is sweet! Homey, clean and convenient. Perfect for one big or two small families. All the big ski areas are close by, so you can pick and choose where you want to go. Shopping is right there, so you have everything you need. It's cozy too, so the condo's great after a hard day on the slopes to just snuggle in by the fire to watch a DVD. Plus, the view is beautiful. Nothing like waking up to fresh mountain air! Just what you'd want for a mountain getway!! Thanks!!!

  • WOW WHAT A VIEW,I WISH I COULD LIVE THERE.YOUR CONDO IS NICE AND CLEAN. THE NEW BATHS AND KICHEN APPLANCES ARE GREAT. THE CLUB HOUSE IS GREAT FOR EVERYONE. WE HAD TWO FAMILIES AND THOUGHT THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM,GREAT BEDS AND PILLOWS, AND TONS OF KITCHEN SUPPLIES,WE WILL BE BACK. THANK-YOU

    With nine people. the place worked out great. We had plenty of room and more than enough places to sleep. The weather was more than perfect.The three flights of stairs just about enough, but the place was in the perfect area. Friendly people and great views.We really enjoyed are stay and most definatly tell our friends and family. Thanks for making our stay so great
