Master bedroom features a queen size bed, phone, alarm clock, television and dresser w/full length mirror. Enjoy views of the ocean from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized balcony through one of two glass sliders (living & master bedroom). This bedroom has private access to master bath which offers an all tile stand up shower. Guest bedroom offers two twin beds, chest of drawers, side table with lamp, alarm clock and ample linens. Guest bath is adjacent to this bedroom and offers full size bath tub/shower and vanity with marble counter top.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities of home including granite counter tops, refrigerator with icemaker, flat top range, self cleaning oven, dishwasher and portable island with marble cutting block. This kitchen also includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and garbage disposal. Living area is complete with overstuffed chair, queen sofa sleeper, television, DVD player, stereo and access to ocean view balcony. Dining area offers pub style dining room table which will seat up to six.

I currently live in Alabama, but get back to St. Augustine as much as I can!! Since I live out of town, May Resort manages my condo for me. We love spending time in this condo and it has been in the family since it was build. We bought it about four years ago from my brother and completely gutted the interior, while the outside of the building was being renovated. The results were far beyond what we expected! This unit has everything new in it from the floor to the furniture. It's a very comfortable place to stay. We love it and know you will too!

I was born in St. Augustine and have loved it every since! We have spent many vacations at St. Augustine Beach and Tennis since our kids were little. They are now grown and in college. We bought it from my brother, so we new it was well taken care. We added our touches and feel the place is a little slice of heaven!

Clean, Clean and it's Clean! I won't have my place anything else, but in great shape. While staying in this little vacation home, away from home...you'll enjoy the beautiful beach, your choice of 5 different pools (one heated and indoors), one heated outside, all the Tennis you can play, membership to Atlantic Beach & Tennis Club (right in front of the condo) including a women's and men's gym, hot tub, sauna and snack bar. Not to mention you are within 10 minutes to Downtown St. Augustine...the Country's oldest city. What a great city to tour!
