There is nothing between you and the beach at this luxurious oceanfront gated condominium. Take to the beach to sunbathe and swim your troubles away. Relax on the furnished balcony where the ocean views are panoramic and the soundtrack provided by the waves. Condo amenities include a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen with wine refrigerator, dining area for 8, and three wide screen TVs with DVD players. The master bedroom has a king bed with access to the balcony while the master bath features a Jacuzzi tub. Two other bedrooms have queen beds (one of these bedrooms has a private bath) and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The condo building features 2 private pools (April to October) and 2 elevators. A two minute walk will take you to Center Street where you'll find dining, shopping and entertainment in a quaint beach town setting. Or head to Folly Pier to go fishing or take a relaxing stroll. Explore historic downtown Charleston where shopping and fine dining are only 15 minutes by car.
We try to provide all your vacation needs, from the latest wide screen HD TVs with digital cable service and HBO, to a well-stocked kitchen, wine refrigerator, and an extra large refrigerator. We stock sugar and spice, and hopefully everything nice - paper products, soap, detergent, and other essentials. A large selection of games, DVDs, and coffee table books and magazines.

Why the Owner Chose Charleston Oceanfront Villas
Our condo is the ideal gathering place for family and guests. This was the main attraction for our purchase. The beach is right out the side doors, parking is always available, 2 pools opened a good portion of the year and "downtown" Folly itself is a great family place. Something is always happening on Folly so we never get bored, which now that we are retired is saying something.

Entertainment for our guests is our mission -- games, DVDs, books, relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins, fishing off the pier, sun bathing or swimming (ocean or pools)- whatever you want - it is your time.

The condo was just as listed and pictured. Comfortable furniture and nicely decorated.The owner was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this to condo others. We love Folly and this location made it possible to walk to Center St. and the Pier. Our favorite places are The Lost Dog Cafe for breakfast/lunch. Rita's burgers are great and The Crab Shack's seafood too. The condo was decently clean and very well supplied. The only changes we would make would be a paint job in the condo would make it "seem cleaner" and with this condo being in about the center of the building it would be nice if there were more beach accesses straight from the elevators... then it wouldn't seem like such a hike to the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this property 08/06/2011-08/13/2011 and fell in love with the area. This particular condominium was perfect for our family of 7 (4 adults, 2 teen and 1 preschooler). The condo is spacious and well maintained. We found the owners to be very accomodating and are highly like to rent this same unit again. That is if we don't end up buying property in the area ourselves!! The location was absolutely perfect!!! We walked to Center St. at some point everyday for drinks or dinner. This is such a quaint, layed back beach town...we absolutely fell in love. The ride into Charleston was barely 15 minutes. Plenty to do and to see. I would recommend to anyone.

In May four of us took a family vacation for five week days in this condo. The condo is right on the beach with a great view. There are four bedrooms, three baths -- which meant we each had our own space -- a first for our traveling group! The condo was clean and is very convenient to the beach town and restaurants. It feels like a secure location with fencing and gates. I found dealing with the owners very pleasant (not always the case I've found) and they graciously sent me a item I had left. The price seemed reasonable. So go for it!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

There were 3 generations at the condo for a trip to see Charleston, South Carolina. (We had people from Colorado, Michigan, and Ontario. With ages from 75 right down to 10 years old.) Folly Beach was only a 20 minute drive into the old part of the city and finding parking was easy. The condo itself was lovely with a breath-taking view!!! Everyone enjoyed the accomodations. The 4 bedrooms are set up so that each one has its own privacy. It is very spacious and the pictures on the web site do not do it justice. Having a car is a must, but everything you would want to do and see is only a short distance away. This is a wonderful location, and condo, for any vacation. Bernie, the owner, was great to deal with. My family and I cannot say enough great things about it!! I am so glad we decided to stay at this condo. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone! Thanks again Bernie, we hope to book with you again!!!
