Both living room and bedroom face the water. 107 Milowai is also 25% larger than the typical one bedroom due to its unique floor plan. This non-smoking condo has an elevated first floor location that is six feet above ground level from the living room and 10 feet above ground level from the bedroom windows - providing very close proximity to the ocean (literally 40 feet) with considerable privacy and panoramic ocean views.
The spectacular marine vista greets guests from both living room and bedroom; the warm, tropical colors of the condo complement the ocean setting. Breakfast on the lanai is a special treat as you watch the bay come alive with surfers, sail boats, snorkelers, and the occasional whale. Snorkel in your own backyard or stroll to a beach eight minutes down Hauoli Road. Grill fresh island fish at the barbecue while watching the Maui sunset.

Air Conditioning: A new air conditioner was installed on May 10th. It is a powerful air conditioner that can noticeably cool the condo in approximately 10 minutes. It is a 208 Volt (3600 watt) air conditioner with timer and remote.
Washer: Located inside the condo; it is a large capacity, high-efficency front loading washer.
Dryer: Located inside the condo; it is a large capacity electric dryer.
Linens Provided: 2 sets of King and Queen sheets with mattress pads, pillow covers and cases.
Off Street Parking: The condo has it's own parking spot located 25 feet from the front door of the condo.

King Bed: King bed has a 2" memory foam mattress for extra comfort.
Convertible Bed: Is comfortable for a a fold-out couch - the bar for the bed is located toward the legs and feet - not the back. It is located directly below the ceiling fan in the livingroom.

Cable/Satellite TV: 32" LCD TV, High Def Progrmming, 200 channel digital programming, High Def HBO, DVD with 1080i up convert for high quality videos. 28" TV in bedroom with DVD. Programming guides to all channels included on web site for condo.

Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Easy-to-use propane barbecue located close to condo. Also includes and area for eating that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping near the pool area.
Lanai: Nice size lanai that is 40 feet from the ocean -- approximately 100 sq. feet -- 7' x 13' at its smallest point, 7' x 16' at its widest. Terrific direct view of Maalaea Bay, Haleakala Volcano, Molikini Island (half-crater) and Kahoolawe Island. This is NOT an angled funky view that you cannot see well unless you're out on the lanai. We enjoy this view on the lanai as well as from anywhere inside the condo.
View/Location
Oceanfront: Oceanfront is an under statement! This may well be the closest condo to the ocean on Maui. We are literally 40 feet from the ocean which makes for stunning views and wonderful ocean sounds from everywhere in the condo. You do feel like you're on a ship, and sleeping next to the ocean is a wonderful treat -- since our bedroom is right on the water as well -- NOT on the parking lot side of the building.
Communications
Telephone: This phone can ONLY be used for local MAUI calls. Use your cell phone to call other islands, the mainland or international. Mahalo.
Broadband Internet: Very convenient - located right next to the table with great views of the water and volcano. Includes an ethernet cable - but I'd bring one just in case -- also has a power strip on the wall for other gadgets.

Maalaea Harbor is a 5 minute walk from the condo and has many boating activities - including snorkeling and scuba diving and boat trips for fishing and snorkeling. The Maui Ocean Center is a 5 minute walk from the condo; it is the largest aquarium in Hawaii - highly rated and popular. There are several good restaurants and shops only 5 minute walking distance from the condo.
