  My husband and I stayed here the first week of March, 2013. I give it 5 stars for the amazing view and proximity to the beach. The unit was a little on the small side and there really is no storage space but we managed just fine. The owner is super nice and very responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat but just the two of us. Even though it was probably the coldest month in history, just seeing the ocean from the unit was worth the stay. Thank you so much. Sorry it took so long to write a review.

  My husband and I stayed in this condo the week after we got married in September 2010. I have been coming to HHI since I was six years old (usually twice a year). This condo is the perfect setting for two people or a family with small children. It is all you need, located right on the ocean. The owners were amazing to deal with - no hassle. I reccommend this property to anyone!

  This was my third trip to Hilton Head and also the best. The Breakers is one of the best locations on the island. It is close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. This condo was the nicest and cleanest I've seen. Stacey was very easy to work with. She mailed all the instructions ahead of time. Everything was exactly as I expected when I arrived. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby the entire time I was there. The view was breathtaking. I traveled alone so there was plenty of space but there would be enough space for a family as well. The full kitchen and living area was perfect. I making my reservations for next year now.

  My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this property. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we were delighted to have found such a perfect location and nicely appointed condo! Situated right on the beach with a full view in each direction, we enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. Once you arrive at the condo, you could really just park the car and walk or rent bicycles to get to a variety of restaurants, shops and a long expanse of beach. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. It was the perfect size for two people, and would be fine with a couple young children in tow especially with such quick access to the white, sandy beach. We found most dishes, etc. we needed, but bring your favorite spice mixtures if you plan to cook. The Breakers property and grounds are very well maintained and beautifully planted. The swimming pool area was nice and although it was not warm enough for swimming, the pool appeared clean and refreshing. The walkway to the beach was handy and in good order. For groceries, we would recommend driving to Fresh Market or Publix as opposed to the Buy-Low. We enjoyed eating at Kenny B's French Quarter Cafe, The Vine, Captain Woody's, The Salty Dog Cafe and Angler's Beach Market. While there, we contacted Stacey with a couple of questions and she was immediately available and helpful. If returning to Hilton Head in the future, we will definitely check the calendar of Breakers #335.

  This was our first time at HHI and we enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location couldn't have been better. It was very convenient to walk down the stairs to the pool or beach. Shopping and restaurants were walking distance at Coligny Plaza. My only concern was the lack of storage in the condo. There was only one dresser and one end table in the bedroom. The closet was actually the broom closet and only had space for a few hangers. There wasn't a luggage rack so our stuff was always on the floor. The first day I had to sweep the sand and lint off the rugs which the cleaning staff had neglected to vacuum. I couldn't open the bedroom window for the dust on the ledge made it stick. I realize this is not the fault of Stacey, who was very accommodating. Once I cleaned the place, we felt better about the condo. There also wasn't enough cupboards to store groceries. Because of these reasons, I wouldn't recommend this condo for more that 2 people. The king bed was most comfortable and because we were at the end, it was very quiet. Thank you Stacey for a wonderful stay.

  We have stayed in other condos at the Breakers and this one is by far the best! The Breakers is in a perfect location. We enjoy being able to walk to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Upon arrival we noticed a very clean and well decorated space. The king bed is comfortable, the living area and kitchen are spacious. Our favorite part is the direct ocean front balcony. The only thing between you and the ocean are the beautiful dunes and beach! Stacey was a pleasure to work with and very timely in securing the contract as well as notifying us that payments were received. Overall we had an excellent experience and will stay here again in the near future!

  My family and I just got back from staying in villa 335 and it was awesome!..Stacey is great to work with. The property is very family oriented and it is located right at cologny plaza which has everything you need! You can see the entire stretch of ocean right from your balcony!!

  We have vacationed in HHI for many years. This is our third time staying at Breakers. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. The view is amazing and the location is so convenient. The king sized bed was the most comfortable away-from-home bed we have ever slept on. Having the open concept bedroom made the space feel larger than the typical Breaker bedroom and the openness kept the room temperature very comfortable. You can expect to do some cleaning at every rental. The kitchen drawers needed cleaned but overall it was tidy. This space is ideal for one couple or a couple with 2 small children. We will definitely come back to Breakers 335! Stacey was very friendly and easy to work with.

  This was my first time to the island so I had no idea what to expect...when we arrived to the condo I was shocked at the size of the facility. There is no way that 4 adults could share this space for any length of time...there is only 1 bathroom as well its just one big room, there isn't anything to block of the bedroom from the main family room, nor block off the bunk beds . On the flip side of the coin the view is priceless...I mean within a tennis ball throw you are on the beach. The condo was somewhat clean when we arrived (the details were missed i.e ceiling fans extremely dusty, drawers full of crumbs, and behind dressers and furniture where full of debris and dust)...that is not the owners fault the condo is basically booked until October but is something the cleaning crew should be looking at...but who doesn't clean when they arrive..we cleaned which was fine because we had a 9-month old. I will not go back but that is personal...I did not like the island. Also I would not use this condo b/c of the size, I felt like I was in college again because of the size...If you are going to use this with one other person than its perfect for you, b/c you are right there next to everything i.e shopping, eating, and more importantly the BEACH. I would not recommend this place if you have multiple people. The value of this place is great and you get what you pay for...oh yeah the owner, Stacey, is great to work with...very responsive as well makes the transaction as easy as possible...Thanks

  Owner response: I do not rent to 4 adults, if I'm told, because the space is not big enough. Two families in a one bedroom one bath/ open concept condo equals an unhappy experience. When renting on VRBO open honest communication is the best ingredient for a great, memorable vacation. I was told by the above renter 2 adults plus one infant would be staying. The renter signed a rental agreement stating 2 Adults and one infant. Breakers Condos are Great for small families or couples who want an Oceanfront vacation.

  What a perfect vacation week staying at Breakers Condo on Hilton Head Island!!! This was our first time at Hilton Head and we could not have asked for anything more! Unit 335 is a beautiful oceanfront condo conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, pool, grocery store, bike rental and many restaurants and shops. The condo is on the 3rd floor with an amazing view of the beach and pool from the sliding doors that open to your own private balcony. From the deck, we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning as the sun rose, eating lunch, watching the tide change and listening to the ocean waves at night! There was always a nice breeze. The one-bedroom (king bed), one-bath accommodations were perfect for me and my husband but the unit could also accommodate more with a sleeper sofa and 2 children-size bunks. With a fully equipped kitchen, our condo was the perfect congregation place for our entire family. We loved how we could walk out to the beach and easily come in for lunch or a bathroom break! The unit also has a washer and dryer which was very convenient for drying beach towels or throwing in a load of laundry. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and the family-oriented environment at the condo, at the beach and around the entire island. The condo unit has a security guard for added safety but we never felt it was needed. We loved our vacation week at Breakers 335 and would recommend to anyone! Thanks Stacey and Dick!!!
