Complete with everything you need to have a care free vacation. Located just a few miles North of Emerald Bay on Tahoe's West Shore. The home has three and one-half bedrooms, two full baths with many modern conveniences. Full size washer/dryer, stereo system, flat screen tv with DirecTv service. During the day, enjoy your own private sandy beach and pier jutting out into the gorgeous, clear blue waters of Lake Tahoe. There is a buoy if you have a boat or would like to rent one. At the end of the Boathouse, there is a bar and seating area perfect for entertaining.

Summer like it was meant to be. Great, warm home; perfect for families. Location is awesome... Sitting on the dock, kids, playing on the beach, warm sun setting. It was perfect!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Summer Pasture far exceeded any expectations! Our recent weekend spent skiing at Homewood and Alpine Meadows was enhanced by our stay in this beautiful and spotless home. Beginning with gorgeous sunrise views across the lake from most of the rooms, to cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and evenings spent by the fire, this home afforded every opportunity to be comfortable, cozy and relaxed. It felt like our home away from home and we can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have now stayed at this home on multiple occasions. It is beautifully maintained and gives a warm, cozy feeling. The private sand beach is beautiful and great for the kids. It is easy access to a quaint local market and good restaurants and you never have to leave the charm and tranquility of the West Shore. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This property is amazing, and has everything you would want while vacationing in Lake Tahoe. Not only is the location prime, the home is warm, inviting, and beautiful. We have been vacationing here for years and could never imagine staying anywhere else. We now have two young children who love playing on the sandy beach, swimming in the crystal clear water, and kayaking in the gentle waters around Rubicon Bay. It is so nice having the big, sandy beach for the kids to play on since so much of the shoreline is rocky. Not to mention the excitement of making S'mores nightly on the beach.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
