Six furnished bedrooms and two baths.
All beds come with down comforters, pillows and bed spreads. Sheets and towels are included and beds are made up and ready for your arrival .

My family and I came to Virginia for OCS Graduation found this wonderful home to house us all!! We made so many good memories and literally never had to leave Colonial Beach for anything. Everything is withing walking distance. The house was magnificent, Just like the pictures and exactly how described!! The River and Boardwalk are right there. While in Colonial Beach we were able to ride bikes, paint ceramics, look through all kinds of neat shops, eat wonderful crab cakes and Fat Fridas and much much more. At the house we watched net flicks, used the internet, cooked our own meals with the fully stoked kitchen, we watched beautiful sunrises over the river, had a campfire and smores, also used the grill. I cannot begin to describe the time we had!! We will be back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was adorable, inside of the home was renovated very well. The shower upstairs was broken while we stayed, my husband tried to temporarily fix it, but ultimately we were unable to use it for the week. Also the wireless internet wasn't working for the week, which the owner communicted to us, but it was hard to do work from our phones. It was our first time visiting Colonial Beach area, which was very different, a small community that looks like it has potential for growth. The cottage was wonderful, we stayed here for a long holiday weekend, and had a great time. The house is large and has been wonderfully re-done, and the screened in porch was very relaxing. The kids loved the fenced yard and the hammock and of course the water! The very short walk to the water was nice as well. Thanks again, we will be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
