This is a newer (built in 2006), well- maintained, lower density condo with easy parking and 3 fast elevators. It has 2 swimming pools, no more than 4 1/2 ft deep, ideal for children, and a hot tub for guests 12 years old and older.
From the balcony you can watch helicopters, parasails and birds fly at eye level; have a scenic view of the beach, and the beachgoers, boats, jet skis and all sorts of water activities. It has spectacular views of the sunsets from the balcony and the Lower Grand Lagoon, and St. Andrew's Bay at sunrise.
The unit has a new owner. It has undergone major cleaning. The king size bed and all beddings are new. Plates, pots and pans have been replaced.

Awesome unit!!! The condo was very clean and decorated beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and very easy to prepare meals for my family. THe view was amazing. Owner was very helpful and eager to help us in any way they could. Me and my family loved our stay and will definitely contact owners again in the future to vacation in their condo again. Wonderful trip, Thank You!!!Recommended for: Families with young children.

My husband and our three teenage daughters just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo at Seychelles. This was our second time to stay at Seychelles and this condo is the BEST by far!! So VERY clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The description details are true and VERY accurate...PERFECT!! The view was beautiful--we saw dolpins and a stingray. The owners were so very helpful, nice and so easy to work with. They even helped us with our parking situation of having a second car...they REALLY went out of their way to make arrangements for the second car. They made us feel like we were a part of their family! If you have small children and can arrange to be in Panama City during Easter, you need to stay in this unit and be ready for a great Easter egg hunt on the beach in front of the building complete with Easter bunny dressed up and ready for pictures with your little ones. Even though we do not have small ones anymore....we enjoyed watching all the precious, small children all dressed up hunting for Easter eggs...what GREAT memories they will have. We cannot say enough good things about this condo!!! HIGHLY recommended!!! Thank you to the owners--GREAT memories for our family!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My husband and I have stayed at Seychelles ten to fifteen times, and by far this is the best condo I have ever stayed in. It was spotless. I am a little bit anal when it comes to staying in condos and hotels and always pack a few bottles of lysol with me. For the first time in my life I didnt even feel inclined to use it. It was that clean!!! The floors, the linens, the towels, the kitchen, the showers, EVERYTHING spotless!! The condo was also beautifully decorated. I love the tile or laminate (not sure which one) in the bedroom. Also my brother commented that it was the most comfortable bunk bed he had ever slept on. The mattresses were so thick compared to normal bunk bed matresses. The view was amazing and the outdoor table was great to set at. I love how it set up higher than most! We dont cook on vacation but the kitchen looked stocked with everything you could think of (even a bottle opener/wine opener!) The TV in the living room was huge! The owners were wonderful to work with and even met us at the condo to make sure everything was in order. They were extremely helpful starting with my first inquiry about the condo. The only thing I wish is that this condo came with the beach chairs (you will spend an extra 130 on these for the week), but the other upgrades def make up for it! Would stay again and would reccomend to all my friends and family! Def my favorite condo that I have ever stayed in at Seychelles.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful Condo on the 19th floor. Everything we could possibly need. The condo is so pretty. The owners decorated with a vision to bring out less apparent structual colors which are not readily noticed. It is gorgeous and fun to find the color associated with a sofa pillow or bedspread. The condo is very clean and the view is wonderful. The tete-tete chairs on the deck...well..you don't want to leave. The large screen TV was perfect for watching sports and offers a variety of options. The owners were extremely helpful especially with a mix-up with what time we would be arriving and me losing their number! Other owners may not have been so patient. Being next to Schooners is a blessing if you really just want to park, forget your car and relax. The food and entertainment are very good. We hope to rent this excellent condo again. Hope you will, too.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The condo was very affordable, clean, and comfortable. The owners made my family and I feel very welcome, going above and beyond our expectations. It was like staying at home away from home. We enjoy cooking while on vacation and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to a friend/family. My husband, two teenage daughters and I just got back from spending the fourth of July here. We had an excellent time and loved the balcony view! The water was beautiful and we saw dolphin and stingrays in the mornings. The unit was very clean with lots of room. Probably one of the nicest places to visit. There is a pier, a boat launch, a picnic area with grills, plenty of campsites. There is a huge rock jetty to explore and fish from. The fishing is really good. The backside of the jetty contains a shallow area known as the "kiddie pool" ideal for swimming and sun bathing.

About the owner: I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan. After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corp (Vietnam Veteran), I worked and retired from the auto industry. I now reside in Panama City Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Seychelles:
We discovered Panama City Beach during the Spring Break of 1984. We had so much fun here that my wife and I kept on coming back after our children have graduated from college. We decided to retire here because of the beauty of the beaches and because we enjoy watching children and adults alike having fun.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Everyday, my wife and I jog, bare feet, 3 miles on the beach. We get our Vitamin D and cardio workout and enjoy the beauty of the beach at the same time.
