Newly renovated beach condo. Enjoy the warm Gulf breezes as you sit on your waterfront balcony. This 1400 sq ft condo is 1 of the largest in the area. It's great for a romantic getaway or family time together. You'll have 2 queen size beds and bunk beds!!! Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
The beautiful interior includes a full kitchen AND washer/dryer. There's a 2 car enclosed garage, private heated pool, beach chairs, toys and towels. The beach is about 100 steps away. When you get tired of relaxing on the sand or reading by the pool, there's even a private fishing pier that is yours to watch the boats or catch some fish. Restaurants and shops are close by, some even within walking distance. A trolley takes you up and down Gulf Blvd so you can explore all the beaches. There's a stop next to the condo property. All you have to do is show up, sit back and enjoy.

The condo is located in a small complex that is quiet and peaceful and the beach is just a short walk away. The condo is very, very clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. One day from the balcony, we were able to watch a pair of Yellow-crowned Night Herons search for food in the water. We identified the herons, egrets and ibis from the guide left by the sliding glass doors. There are several restaurants and a variety of grocery stores, a short drive away. In addition to shopping at Publix, we bought fresh seafood at The Reef, juice and fruit at Yellow Banks Grove and pastries and croissants at Café de Paris. We enjoyed lunch at Guppy’s and dinners at the Salt Rock Grill. The main road (Gulf Boulevard) through Indian Shores has walking and biking lanes along each side. There are plenty of crosswalks along the boulevard that allow for easy access to the beach. Absolutely gorgeous decor and condo! We had a few days of rain early in the week, but cleared up to be a beautiful week. Every fish possible to catch on the intercoastal was caught and dophins played every evening. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing vacation! Patrik and Ana were great to deal with from the beginning to the end. They really want to make sure that you enjoy their home as much as they do. It was a very spacious condo great for stretching out and relaxing after a "long" day at the beach! Our boys loved the movies and video games. We appreciated all the extra's especially the wagon and beach toys and the kitchen with everything you could think of for cooking. Next time we are in Indian Shores we will deffinately be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Your condo is beautiful! Our boys 7 & 10 loved the games and the movie library. It felt like home when we werent at the beach or pool. Our boys were occupied with all your condo has to offer. The weather was beautiful while we were here and we had a great time enjoying all the sunshine! We used the trolley a lot to spend time at the pier and at St Johns Pass. We also enjoyed a Pirate Cruise on Captain Nemo's ship. A great time was had by all. Today is our last day and we plan to spend it at the beach. We love looking for shark teeth and unique sea shells. What a great condo you have here! We had a wonderful ntime being able to spend family time together. We really enjoyed the beach and the fishing from the pier. Had a "local" Great Blue Heron hang out with us while we were fishing. We started to refer to him as "Hank". He got his fill of fish this week! Also saw a manatee one evening at the pier. We took a road trip down to DeSoto park and we can really recommend this beach to all when visiting. The beach was beautiful and the water was perfect. Enjoyed finding many shells and sand dollars. Smugglers Cove golf was really neat and my nieces thought feeding the alligators was awesome. Thank you for sharing your most beautiful home for this week. We were extremely happy during our stay here. Thank you! The weather was beautiful with 85 - 90 sunny all week. We enjoyed finding shark teeth on the white sands and watching the sunset. We spent time at John's Pass waverunning and going on dolphin tours (well worth it!) We also had fun at night in Clearwater Beach. We watched the Tampa Bay Rays beat Toronto and also spent a day at Busch Gardens. Go to Shepherds for great people, ocean views and all you can eat crab legs! We couldnt have asked for more in the condo + the location. I fell in love with the place. Very relaxing vacation and we hope to come back!Did you find this review helpful? Fiona, our 2 year old had an amazing vacation. Saw lots of animals at the Tampa Zoo and Busch Gardens. Saw Tampa Lightning beat the Ducks (us Canadians love our hockey!). We had a lovely time in your very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, talking to the neighbors and walking along the beautiful beach. We ate at the Conch (very good) and the Friendly Fisherman at John's Pass - my favorite. We loved the trolley - and travelled right along the Boulvard - both ways - using the Senior Go Cards - good value for $2.25 per day. Cancellation policy:
RESERVATIONS: Condo held with security deposit paid by cashier's or personal check and with signed RENTAL AGREEMENT and RENTAL RULES returned (2 documents). 1. CHECK-IN TIME is after 4pm EST and CHECK-OUT is by 10am EST. No early check-ins or late check-outs please, we have to allow for some time to get the condo properly cleaned for the next guests. 2. NO SMOKING/NO PETS! No exceptions! 3. MINIMUM AGE: No rentals to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT- In addition to the rent, a $150 security deposit payable in advance is required. The deposit is refunded within (14) days of departure, provided: a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned upon departure. c. All keys are left in the lock box and unit is left locked. All windows and doors are closed. d. No linens, towels, or other contents are lost or damaged. e. Garage door opener is left inside the unit on breakfast bar upon departure. 5. PAYMENT – Full payment of the rent plus the $150 security deposit is required 30 days before arrival. 6. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and the advance deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests in the condominium is limited to six (6) persons; adults, children and babies all count as one person each. This is our condo association’s rule, not ours, so there are no exceptions! 8. CLEANING – The condo is cleaned in-between guests. No cleaning is provided during your stay. Linens and bath towels are included. 9. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – Full refund will be given in case of hurricane/storm provided the following conditions are met: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/ Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Indian Shores area. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. About the owner: We have owned the condo since 2009. We spent a lot of time this summer upgrading it and we are very happy with the results. We live in Pittsburgh, PA, so we can only come down every so often and we are renting out the condo when we can not use it ourselves.
Why the Owner Chose Mariners Pointe:
Indian Shores is the quietest, most relaxed part of Sand Key, the barrier island that runs along the Gulf shore from St Pete to Clearwater. It is the narrowest part of Sand Key, only about 200 yards across where we are located. That means you can enjoy both the Gulf of Mexico and the Inter-coastal waterway only a few steps apart. Indian Shores is the last part of the coastline in Pinellas County that preserves the small-town feel. Gulf Blvd is still only one lane in each direction here with a slow speed limit. There is a lot less asphalt compared to the areas north and south of Indian Shores, a lot fewer high-rise buildings and none of the tourist traps. While you will find all the restaurants and conveniences you need nearby, Indian Shores is still primarily a family oriented community.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our view is of the Inter-coastal waterway, the body of water that separates Sand Key from the mainland. There are dolphins to see, they are most active in the mornings and evenings. Manatees are a little harder to spot but they are there too. When the tide is low there is a sandbar that emerges just off our balcony. The seabirds all come to feed there and it is wonderful entertainment.
