            MY wife and I lived at this place for a couple of months over summer 2011. We had an extremely pleasant experience: the house is air conditioned, a rarity in ABQ due to the dryness but welcome nonetheless. The owner, Rich, is very prompt and helpful and fixed some minor problems that we had in a very timely manner. It helps that he lives a few doors down. The place is very close to the airport: its less than 5 minutes away. The coffee shop next doors is a bonus and I made it my office from time to time. Lastly, but very importantly, the neighbourhood is very safe and we never had any problems. Great place to live:go for it!

            Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

          About the owner: We are a group of 6 friends (3 couples) who live in the neighborhood just down the street, who run and operate the neighborhood Coffee Shop (Michael Thomas Coffee), and Community and Wellness Center (The Source for Creating Sacredness), just adjacent to your apartment. We collectively love creating opportunities for people to feel welcomed into the neighborhood and comfortable in our growing friendly community

          We wanted to offer accommodations for travelers to Albuquerque to feel comfortable and welcome.

          It is a great place to walk or bike, close to beautiful older residential Ridgecrest neighborhood with large tree lined streets, and minutes drive to unique shops and restaurants of historic Nob Hill area. Burton park is 2 blocks away and a favorite of pet owners to walk their dogs with their morning coffee.
