MY wife and I lived at this place for a couple of months over summer 2011. We had an extremely pleasant experience: the house is air conditioned, a rarity in ABQ due to the dryness but welcome nonetheless. The owner, Rich, is very prompt and helpful and fixed some minor problems that we had in a very timely manner. It helps that he lives a few doors down. The place is very close to the airport: its less than 5 minutes away. The coffee shop next doors is a bonus and I made it my office from time to time. Lastly, but very importantly, the neighbourhood is very safe and we never had any problems. Great place to live:go for it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We collectively love creating opportunities for people to feel welcomed into the neighborhood and comfortable in our growing friendly community
