  We did enjoy our stay You have a beautiful condo and so complete. There was lots of space in the kitchen to put our groceries. Don't see that very often. Loved the sink Made me want to update ours. Enjoyed meeting you The Trotters, Daughter, and 2 grandsons Dodge City, Kansas

  We loved our stay. Maureen was so helpful and the place had everything that we needed. We plan on going again real soon! Walk to town is easy as well.

  had a great time. The condo was like a 4 star hotel everything you need. Within easy walking distance to downtown, short drive to the mountains or can relax at the condo. Don't forget to use the steam shower.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Beautiful place inside and out. Everything was perfect! Better than any hotel we've ever stayed at plus you get privacy!! Garage is perfect for parking your car overnight or even all day while you take a short walk into town, each day we stayed we saw deer on our way to town!! We even saw a family of deer across the river from the balcony. This place made our vacation even better than we could have dreamed of! When we weren't hanging around the great restaurants and breweries in town we had fun just hanging out at the rental. Usually when we vacation I want to spend as little of time at the hotel/rental but this time I was always looking forward to going back. We will definitely be going back and bringing as many of our family members to stay at their other rentals, we know they will love it as much as we did!!

  Perfect location for our vacation. Easy walk to historic downtown, fantastic views of the Arkansas River, trout immediately below our balcony. Condo was a wonderful showcase for workmanship and energy efficiency. Wife enjoyed the wonderful steam shower every morning. Plenty of shade mornings and evenings. Even in the very hot days of summer we stayed cool. We didn't want to leave.

  Talk about taking your breath away! I have never been to Salida, CO so my expectations were a little on the short side, but once I arrived my mind was completely changed! Everything inside the condo was brand new looking; the bed extremely comfortable, the TV had HD and Netflix, the kitchen was very roomy, the deck was very spacious and gave an amazing view! I could go on forever about this place. Everything is just like on the website and gives you a great “at home” feel. If you are thinking about staying in Salida do yourself a favor and let yourself be greeted to a plate full of Maureen’s famous chocolate chip cookies and a warm cup of coffee at these condos!

  Where do I start? Is it the HUGE deck overlooking the river, or the HUGE amount of space inside the condo? Is it the fact everything inside looks brand new, or that every amenity you could possibly think of is provided by Dave and Maureen? Is it the fact that I had my best vacation EVER, or is it the fact that for the first time in my life I CAME HOME WITH MONEY because my vacation was so affordable? I don’t know if it was one of these or a combination of all, but to Moe and Dave… THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for providing me with the best trip ever! I will only stay with you guys when I am in Salida and will only recommend you guys to my colleagues as well as my friends, Thanks again guys, my hat is off to the both of you!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo while in Salida for a long weekend. The location is terrific as we walked to downtown, the park, and a cute little yoga studio just down the road. It was so nice to be so near the river - the sound of the water was so restful and peaceful - plus the grill was great for cooking Scanga steaksl. Your condo is very well furnished, plus you had so many extras - condiments, coffee, personal items (if you forgot to bring!) - even laundry soap. We'll definitely be returning to your place on our next trip to Salida - it was wonderful!

  Beautiful place in Salida. Maureen, the owner, was very helpful and included many thoughtful touches to the rental. We really enjoyed our stay!
