Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This large 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, 3 TVs, ( 2 flat screens), DVD, free wi-fi in unit, central a/c, covered parking. It has a king-size bed, full-size, twin, and sleeper sofa. It is just steppa to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All appliances, and furniture are updated on a continual basis. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large heated swimming pool, a game room, and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, tennis, boating, parasailing, fishing, and galleries in the area. Busch Gardens and Disney are just a short driving distance. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We consistently vacation at Island House and always choose to stay in the same villa. It is the highlight of every year as we love Island House.

Siesta Key Spring Break
The Villa was nice.It was a nice walk to the Beach from the complex. The Pool was steps from the Villa. You can drive to the Siesta Village in minutes or take the free trolley across the street. Everything was great. Their was an issue with the Dishwasher. It looked very dirty inside. Obviously, something was wrong with it. I told the office but they didnt look at it during our stay. Overall, great trip.

We stayed a family with 2 kids and loved the experience.The place was clean but with a small trace of sand, but guess you get that when you love by the beach.Over all very happy
