  We visited Dewey Beach for the first time and were looking for a decent place close to the beach that would allow us to bring our dog. Found this property and I must say we were pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful property with such nice floors and furniture! It's right on the beach, the ocean view is amazing and everything was spotless. The photos are accurate and the kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, ice maker, blender, toaster, etc. If you are looking for a place to stay for a week or longer with your family, this is the perfect place!

  Wow, my husband and I stayed in Sea Vista for a short 2 days last month and we wished we had more time. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and the views from the screened porch, living room and kitchen are wonderful. Even though it was March the unseasonably warm weather allowed us to sit each day and enjoy the ocean from the well appointed screened porch. The condo was very clean and very tastefully decorated and kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook some nice meals. We will definetly return.   We stayed in Sea Vista last month and it was beyond our expectations. The owners did an amazing job with the renovation, tile bathrooms, granite kitchen, gorgeous hardwood floors. The views of the ocean from living room, dining and screened porch were the best part and we had wonderful weather to boot. The owners are great to work with. We would definetly return.   This looks great from the pictures and description. It says Oceanfront. The unit is NOT Oceanfront. There are 2 units in front of you and your balcony overlooks the paking lot. No bedrooms overlook the ocean. . Also, the guests who are on there balconies are so close to you there is no privacy. Since the other units had dogs the sounds of dogs barking went on through out the day. The kitchen is SO SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. A total disappointment for the money. Never again.....................

  Owner response: The kitchen is represented accurately in the photo which was available to this renter. The ad does not describe bedrooms as “overlooking the ocean” or even having views of the ocean. There is only 1 other second floor balcony (actually they are screened porches and the reference to multiple balconies is simply wrong) in the building and there is another townhouse with no balcony or porch occupying the space between it and our porch (about 15 feet). Further to the renter comment regarding privacy the side of the porch on the other unit has privacy curtains on the wall facing this one – we know as we own that one too! The views from the screened porch are as seen in the photo. If the renter was concerned about total privacy and a pet free environment a single family home may have been a better choice. It’s too bad VRBO doesn’t allow property owners to review tenants (LOL).

  We stayed here at the end of last summer and had a blast. Beautiful renovation job, was very clean and cozy. Owners were a delight to work with. Just a hop down the steps and you're at the beach. The balcony was screened in and had a nice view of the ocean... perfect to kick your feet up and suck down a boat drink or two... or three:) There's ample dedicated parking, and you can walk to some great spots like Woody's at the end of the road (tasty burgers and really good pit-turkey and pit-beef). The best part is that it's dog friendly, and so is the town. Our dogs had a blast swimming at the beach every evening. Goodbye OC - hello Dewey, for us anyway. Will definitely rent from this owner again.

  Stayed here July 9-July 16, 2011.Property newly renovated and as described, the views are wonderful! It is a second story, and the steps are a bit hard to navigate with luggage, etc., but otherwise no complaints. Owners were great to work with and promptly refunded our security deposit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
