A screened porch with colorful Adirondack chairs welcomes you into the great room with an inviting fireplace, living room, large open kitchen and dining room. Enjoy family movies on the 60" Smart HDT or via login to your own streaming account.

The first floor is also home to a ADA master bedroom suite and a 2nd MBR suite with grab bars, a powder room, and a laundry/mud room leading to the backyard and outside shower.

The second floor boasts 6 more bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 twins that can push together, and 3 Queens) and 4 baths. Three of the bedrooms have views of the ocean and Funland.

On the third floor, a bonus room provides excellent views of the ocean as well as a playroom for the children, and also has three days beds with three pull out trundles, for a total of 6 beds.

All mattresses are new and are made of high-density memory foam, which is naturally anti-microbial and provides excellent support and comfort.

The driveway provides off-street parking for three full size vehicle. In addition, there is one accessible reserved parking spot on the street.

Please note that bed linens, towels, paper products, soap products, and trash bags are not included. Guests must bring their own, or arrange for linen rentals from a local vendor.

Accessibility notes: The City of Rehoboth provides free beach wheelchairs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting May 28th through September 25th. The closest storage shed is located on the beach at Laurel Street, to accommodate your needs. Wheelchairs are provided on a first come, first served basis. You will need to provide your name and cell phone number when checking out a beach wheelchair. For more information please call Rehoboth Beach Patrol. Ramps and wheelchairs in the off-season are available for rent through Grand Rental.

No pets, emotional support animals, or young (<25) groups allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a disabled person are permitted and must provide documentation in advance.

Occupancy: The Residential Rentals Ordinance also regulates occupancy limitations that are permitted to be maintained for each property. The occupancy shall not exceed two persons per bedroom plus an additional two persons. Children six years of age or younger are not included in the occupant count. Over occupancy is a violation of the rental agreement and cause for termination of the lease. The property has exterior security cameras.

Church groups, Registered volleyball and baseball teams and their chaperones, and birthday parties for those 30+ welcome.
