The weather, the pool, the outdoor living area, is very relaxing. The home is located in Laughlin proper. This spacious, (just shy of 3000 sq ft) home will make you happy that you're not cramped in some little condo or hotel room. You won't have to put up with a shared pool or the shared spa with your neighbors, just you, your family and friends in your own private pool and spa. It would be tough to leave this kicked back, relaxing, vacation-like resort, but if you do, the nearby casinos will provide all the excitement you need. Restaurants, cocktails, entertainment and Nevada style gaming should do the trick. Walk the river walk between the casinos and see all that the Colorado River has to offer. Sightseeing cruises, rent a Jet Ski, watch the wildlife. LaughlinVR is a great place to come and warm up after the cold weather in the north. Great place to dry out if you're from the northwest. Escape the crowds from Southern Cal. No humidy like you find in the southeastern vacation spots.

Every time we come to Laughlin we stay at Harrahs. So we wanted to give a vacation rental a try and what a great decision we made. This house is CLEEEAN! I mean CLEEEAN! We were so impressed with the condition of this place. It was spacious and wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big dinners. NO ONE wanted to leave to go gambling. The neighbors are so nice and plenty of parking for our boat and sea doos. We stayed here two weekends in August and had the best time EVER!!!!! Walt and Patti are so helpful and kind!!! I highly, highly recommend this place 10++++Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

The owners are very easy to deal with. Did everything over the phone and email. The photos are great but the home itself is so much more. All the little things you could ask for. Shampoo, laundry and kitchen soap. I thought I would have to bring extra items for kitchen but it serves well over 8-10 ppl. It has all the towels - everything! The area is quiet and on a huge lot. The back yard was incredible. You could entertain up to 20 ppl easily. The pool, spa - not having to fight for lawn chairs or a spot to sit makes this home the place to stay. The beds were comfortable. Very spacious and well layed out. I couldnt of asked for a better weekend! I will be back next year for a complete week. Well worth it. No hotel can compare! $ 250.00 per night (3 night minimum) Each stay will require a reservation deposit of $ 500.00. Deposit applied to rent along with rental balance 2 weeks prior to stay. Methond of payment / major credit card for reservation. Major credit card on file for security / damages. We now accept the UnionPay credit card along with Visa, MasterCard and Discover $ 150.00 - $200.00 depending on number of guest. Cleaning fee (non-refundable) Cancel 2 weeks prior to checkin-date to avoid a one night stay charge.
