A sprawling 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath cottage, this cottage greets you with an inviting front porch and balcony that run the width of the house. Maison d' Ya Ya is located in the newer section of Seaside just steps from the fitness center, playground, and 2 of the 3 outdoor pools. Upon entering this beautiful beach home, guests are immediately greeted with open living and dining spaces, a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and marble countertops, a large flat screen TV over a gas fireplace, large dining table with seating for 8, bar seating for 2, harwood floors, beachy white decor, and so much more!!! You'll feel yourself relaxing from the minute you step inside! Also on the main level is the half bath and laundry room. Out the back door you'll find a charcoal grille and parking space as well as the peace and quiet of being in the newer section of Seaside. Upstairs on the 2nd floor, you'll enjoy 1 of 2 king master suites complete with flat screen TV, private balcony, and a designer bathroom with claw foot tub, dual sinks, and walk-in shower. Also on the 2nd floor is the queen guestroom with private bath. On the 3rd floor you'll find the second king master suite with flat screen TV, private designer bath with another claw foot tub, dual sinks, and walk-in shower. A bunk room that sleeps 4 with private sitting area and flat screen TV and 4th bathroom finishes off this top floor. Up one more level you'll find breathtaking views from your own private tower! Loved the house and location. Easy walk to the beach, workout facility, adult pool, and the Seaside town square. Mark and Shannon were easy to work with. Hard to findRecommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Maison D' YaYa. The house was of exceptional quality and beautifully equipped and furnished. We're a family who likes to cook and we could not have been happier with the kitchen. It opens into the living area and was a dream with a great gas range and other high end appliances. The whole living area was a perfect place to gather, visit, play games and eat. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very comfortable and pretty. The only thing I would mention is that the bunk room should really only be considered for four kids if those kids are small. If you have larger kids as teenagers their feet will be in their faces. We could only fit two in this room but there is an adjoining room with a sofa bed that can sleep an additional person. We would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This home is gorgeous, comfortable and has a great lay out! Everyone was in awe as soon as we walked in the door. The master bedroom, on the second floor, is fabulous. It has floor to ceiling doors in both the bedroom and bathroom that open up to a porch- perfect for morning coffee.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.
