The location can't be beat! This is a centrally located, downtown Boulder apartment in a historic Victorian home. Located on a quiet dead-end block, traffic is minimal. Yet you are only a minute walk to the wonderful Pearl Street Mall. The Mall is an outdoor walking area full of shops, galleries, restaurants and street performers. It shouldn't be missed!
The apartment is well appointed with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable, including linens & towels. This is the third season on VRBO, and the apartment has earned rave reviews for it's charm, cleanliness, location, and other unique features.
There are 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The front bedroom has a private balcony, that overlooks 17th Street and has a view of The Flat Irons! There's a central living room that has a small dining table (seats 2). Off the living room is the efficiency kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator, so you don't have to eat out for every meal, unless, of course you want to! A downstairs foyer provides ample room to store bikes and throw your shoes off. A wide staircase leads you up to your apartment on the 2nd floor.
Although not huge, the apartment offers more space and much more natural light and charm than you will find in the typical hotel room. You will find it to be a well cared for and homey environment for your stay in Boulder... a peaceful retreat in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood.
One of the most unique qualities of this apartment is the beautiful gardens that surround the back and side yard. Planted to bloom at different times of year, you'll be thrilled with the variety of flowers that you find, throughout the spring and summer. There's a BBQ grill for you to use and seating for 6+. Throw an outdoor BBQ with friends, or sit out and enjoy the birds and butterflies that frequent the yard.
The internet is blazingly fast Comcast Business class. There's no TV in this apartment, which gives you the opportunity to clear your mind and defuse, in this quintessential Boulder home. The apartment is professionally cleaned before you arrive, so you can enjoy a sanitary and comfortable stay.
